Die Zimmer waren nicht sehr sauber und haben Muffig gerochen. Leider kann man keine Fenster öffnen und man kriegt den Geruch nicht aus den Zimmern. Unsere Anziehsachen waren durch die Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer richtig feucht. 3 Tage gingen noch aber länger hätten wir nicht ausgehalten. Der Pool ist dafür aber wirklich gut und auch die Liegen und Handtücher, die es kostenfrei zum benutzen gibt, sind super. Essen und Trinken im Hotel ist eine reinste Abzocke und frech. Die Preise kann oder muss man nicht verstehen, einfach viel zu hoch. Am besten bei Walkmarkt oder so einkaufen gehen und das Essen im Hotel meiden. Die Umgebung gerade zu den Universal Studios 1A. Liegt am International Drive, da ist einiges los. Parkplatz auch inklusive.

The was no indication on the website saying you had to be 21 to rent a room. I had already paid but when I went to check in (for one night) I was told I couldn’t stay there (I’m 20). So at midnight I had to scrounge up money to get another room somewhere else. I don’t remember how much I paid but I remember it being a pretty hefty price because this is a nice hotel. I wanted to have a nice stay for my husband and I, since we don’t get to go on trips often.

Customer service is terrible, staff is rude and unfriendly. Paid a deposit in advance and they told me when I got there they never received it and charged me MORE than what it was originally. The guy at the desk kept changing the price and had no idea what he was saying or doing. The website states there are two restaurants on site, more like gas station food, not a restaurant and it’s way too overpriced. Also states there is a Starbucks but it’s a raggedy coffee machine and they attempt to make the drinks off Starbucks menu unsuccessfully. We went days without room service, nobody stopped by at all. Had to call front desk to get more towels and it took forever. The pool area was okay, there was a lot of stuff floating around in the pool and kids were jumping off the rocks into 3 feet deep water with no supervision. Only pro to this place is its right on the strip close the a lot of shops/food. Would not stay here again.

The room had roaches, there were a couple pubic hairs on the toilet, the floor was sticky, there were white stains all over the comforter. The tub was so dirty I didn’t even want to shower in it without shoes. We asked for a crib and we brought our own sheets for it of course. I called before to confirm it was added. No crib, 2 hrs went by and still no crib then they told us they won’t have any until morning. So, we had to leave and drive over an hr home to turn around and drive another 2 hrs in the am. What a mess!

"My experience at the hotel was disappointing due to the service at the front desk. Upon my arrival, the reception staff was not welcoming or friendly. The first representative who assisted me, named Brandi, could not find my reservation in the system. She told me that They couldn't help me and I would have to contact the agency I booked. They seemed to be distracted and uninterested in helping. When I changed representatives, all the information magically appeared in the system without the need for further action. One the rooms took more than an hour to be ready after the check-in time, stipulated by the hotel policies. In summary, the lack of professionalism and courtesy in customer service at the front desk negatively affected my experience at this hotel. hotel."

Breakfast needs at the hotel, the cafe is not sufficient for the breakfast, terrible. The A/C was working too noisy, like a tractor.

The pictures does not match the actual place. Very dirty place. The front desk told us we can check out early and we will get a refund. We booked our stay for 3 days and checked out by 10 am the following day. According to Avanti staff we should have been able to get the refund for the next 2 nights. Horrible stay will not recommend for anyone.
