One week stay
The property has a lot of space for us and you can enjoy to be outside in the front and also in the backyard. Almost everything you need and could wish for a great stay was available. The kitchen is large and full equipped. The way to the beach needs about 20 minutes.

Schöne Wohnung, sauber und gut ausgestattet
Die Wohnung ist sauber und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und reagieren sofort, sollte es Probleme geben. Ein kleiner Hinweis für Katzenhaar Allergiker. Nebenan wohnt ein Ehepaar mit Katze, wodurch es schon Katzenhaare geben kann.

Enttäuschend
Haus in die Jahre gekommen. Alles sehr alt. Küche extrem zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Geschirr und Schränke sehr verdeckt. Leider gibt es keine Spülmaschiene. Schlafzimmer muß mal dringend die Matratze ausgetauscht werden da sie stinkt. Abfluss im Badezimmer durchgehend gestunken. Also wohl haben wir uns gar nicht gefühlt. Wurden aber nett empfangen. In der Beschreibung war ein Grill vorhanden nur vor Ort ungenießbar. Durften einen neuen kaufen und bekamen unser geld zurück was wir freundlich fanden.

Nice property but obvious that it is a short term rental many owner’s possessions there. Slight problem with boiler as not enough hot water for two showers - but property manager was on to it and tried to sort it out.

Hadde forventet at leiligheten hadde en bedre standar
Mye som ikke fungerte, WiFi feil kode, brødrister fungrrte ikke. Renholde var dårlig. Naboene var hyggelig. Kom ikke til å leie leiligheten igjen.

Good value for money
Good location, quiet area, good size communal swimming pool, 5 min walk bars and restaurants 10-15 to the beach. Not the luxury but you get what you pay. We would come back.

Lovely stay in quiet neighborhood
We had a lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood with pool that was clean. Plenty of outdoor seating for eating outside or playing lots of games of Uno. Really friendly neighbours with great suggestions of where to go. The booking, check in process extremely smooth huge thanks to Sharon, Conor & all the team. Air conditioning was great, and availability of extra items such as sun loungers was fantastic. TV was great for an evening movie as it had lots of channels & netflix. Really recommend this property as you are in a nice quiet friendly neighborhood but only a stone's throw from the cabo roig strip for entertainment. Highly recommend the Havana bar for a few quiet drinks with bingo & quizzes on each week. Definitely will return

A great holiday
We had a great time ,The apartment was great and in a quiet location, a lovely pool , and not far from the strip to the bars, restuarants and the beach . Definitely would recommend to stay here . house equipped with everything, couldnt ask for more. The communication between the owners and us was very good.

La estancia ha estado bien lo único que en el porche de adelante tuvimos que regar con vinagre de limpieza durante dos días por el olor a pis, te de habitación con un canal en español. Aire acondicionado solo en las habitaciones

La limpieza precaria, no hay sitio en los armarios por la culpa de que hay ropa y trastos de la proprietaria, la terraza estaba sin limpiar y la barbacoa vieja y sucia. El piso limpio pero hay que cojer el coche para llegar a la playa o andar unos 15-20 min.

Don't understand what 'Give your review a short title means' so read on for my review
Dated property furniture and fittings. Location is similar to a congested housing estate. I would imagine in peak season would be pretty busy. And since property has adjoining ones both sides and over the top could be noisy. Barking dogs. Communal pool small. Sorry - But not for us (man and wife 67 years old). Maybe for a younger family with a couple of kids.

Hi, Thank you for your comments we appreciate your feedback. The property is photographed and advertised with a true reflection of both its location and surrounding properties. The property is priced competitively for its location and its amenities and the swimming pool is if average size for this area. We are sorry noise disturbed you, the neighboring owners of this property only visit for short periods of the year.

Bel appartement à 15 minutes de la plage
Appartement très bien à 15 minutes de la plage à pied. Bien équipé, la climatisation est très appréciable, serviettes et draps fournis. 2 terrasses très agréable suivant le moment de la journée. ( il manquait juste le four car il n avait plus de porte) Notre difficulté principale fut la communication avec la gérante car elle parle anglais et nous français donc pas facile de se comprendre.
