We have been many times to this area to visit family, everything you need or want is on your doorstep, fabulous restaurants and bars, consum supermarket across the little park outside of the property, easy bus routes to airport, 8 mins stroll to beach, will definately stay again

Fantastic 4 day stay
Greated on arrival by the lovely Roz who showed us around the apartment, the appartment has everything u need for a comfortable stay, the outdoor area is fantastic with lots of seating, the appartment block is spotless and is in a fantastic area with a large supermarket bars and restaurants all within the doorstep, we had a great stay here and will definitely return.

Nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour. La propriété louée est propre et très fonctionnelle. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Concernant l’environnement, on est très bien situé. A proximité de la plage, du centre commercial la zenia pour une virée shopping, avec un accès rapide a l’autoroute pour des escapades plus lointaines. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l’hôte qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement des différents éléments de la propriété. Nous recommandons fortement et ne manquerons pas d’y revenir.

Family stay with adult kids
The apartment was clean and comfortable for 4 adults. The location close to beach, shops including supermarkets and bars/cafes was great and no need to have a car. The pool area was also really well maintained and kept clean. It never seemed to get too busy. We appreciated the shade in the garden during the afternoon which also meant that the inside stayed cooler. Our stay was really peaceful and so easy to relax sitting on the terrace. We enjoyed a day trip out from a coach company that picked up just outside the complex. Communication with Russell was great and he arranged for our taxi transfers from the airport which made everything so smooth. The apartment was well equipped.

Hemos pasado 10 días con nuestros dos niños. El apartamento es como en las fotos, el patio es fantástico!! Grande y da la sombra prácticamente todo el día. Tiene ventiladores de techo que se agadecen mucho. La urbanización es muy tranquila y la piscina está genial. Se puede ir andando a la playa de la zenia y al centro comercial Zenia boulevard. Los únicos contras, son la cafetera que a veces ni funciona, coge la cápsula y no sale café y luego no deja reutilizarla, al precio que están porque solo acepta marca tassimo. La cama de matrimonio es algo incómoda y la casa podría haber estado más limpia sobre todo en zonas como debajo del sofá o de las camas. En cuanto al propietario y a Roz, a pesar de que es complicado comunicarse sin saber español, han sido muy amables. Nos dejaron entrar antes el día de llegada y pudimos utilizar la piscina el día de salida. Muchas gracias por unas vacaciones increíbles!!

We had a great week staying at the apartment. The children loved it, especially because of the pool so close to the apartment. We loved the possibility to sit outside in the garden area in ther morning and evening. It was a very calm and nice area. We were five, so one too many for the apartment, but it didn't feel crowded anyway because of the sofa bed in the living room. The beach isn't very close but it is excellent. Because of the pool we only went there once; by car for the children's sake. Very nice sandy beach. The host was very quick in communication and during the stay it was easy to keep in touch through WhatsApp. Thanks for everything! Cordially, Martin Book

After a late arrival Jamie our taxi driver waited patiently and checked us in . A welcome pack was very much appreciated. Christmas & New Year 2022
We stayed in the property over Christmas & New Year. All communication with the property owner was excellent, they got back to any questions very quickly. The property was clean & tidy on arrival. Location is fantastic, 10 minutes walk to the beach, la zenia boulevard & 2-5 minutes to local bars, restaurants & shops. The biggest issue we had (and wish we'd known about before hand) is this property is completely shaded. It wasn't something I'd thought about given the sun loungers pictured on the front terrace. However, this property has a block of apartments at the back & front of them & is north facing. This meant the apartment was very cold & damp. The damp literally climbed the walls & ceilings in all rooms despite trying to keep the windows & front door open in the day. I doubt this is an issue for anybody staying for a week but after 18 nights it was everywhere. There is a drain in the dining room which feeds the apartments above & the water doesn't fully drain away. The sitting water ended up smelling foul & I contacted the owner who assured me this was normal & to put Bleach down the drains (none was left for us, but we were offered reimbursements). So we ended up eating Christmas Dinner & other meals with the lovely smell of Bleach. I wouldnt like to think what the smell would be like during the hot summer months. The sofa in the living room was literally falling to bits making it very uncomfortable, but for a holiday let most people can cope with that. On the whole the apartment served it's purpose. However, I certainly wouldn't book this apartment during the cold months again due to the damp & cold. The apartment complex is very well kept, clean & tidy with a nice pool area.

OK, there is no damp in the property, never has been and never will be. The renters here managed to use an entire winters worth of gas in the gas fire without having any regard to ventilate the property despite what they say and what they are talking about is condensation which they made no attempt to clean up or even notify us that they were having some problems. Spain is a tropical country and damp issues are incredibly rare and even over Xmas here the temperatures each day were around 24 degrees with no rain falling at all. If the property did suffer from damp it would have appeared somewhere in the previous 52 reviews and all I can ask anyone reading this is please refer to the previous reviews which are from the past 5 years from people renting summer and winter.

Stayed here in June for 2 wks apartment is fabulous and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Ros is a lovely lady and responded to my texts straight away. Russell also responded to mail straight away. We would definitely recommend this apartment as it is within walking distance of everything so no car needed and the place is spotlessly clean. Beautiful area out front for sunbathing or porch area in the shade. We will definitely be back x

Short visit to La Zenia
We came for a short visit to friends who actually stay in La Zenia, we where looking for somewhere to stay near our friends but also local to all the Amenities, Shops pubs and also close to the beach. as soon as i seen this property we contacted VRBO and booked it, The Owner Russell and everything was plain sailing from there, he gave us the name of the person who would meet us at the property on the day we arrived and i must say Roz was excellent took us through everything we needed to know about the property and the local amenities close at hand, in the property there was everything that was every needed for your holiday whether it was just adults that where staying or a family with kids beach towels and Buckets and spades, Towel robes for the Kids etc, the property and surrounding area was well looked after and the security was second to none felt very safe at all times, Big Swimming pool within the property block everything that you need on a holiday was near enough supplied. excellent property and i will certainly book this property again later this year , Roz was an absolutely a star and she makes you feel so welcome and gave her personal mobile number is you needed anything night or Day. excellent property and the people who manage it are second to none Thanks Again Russell and Roz Allan/ Marion

This is a nice apartment with plenty of furniture and a great position and shops and bars right outside, with main shopping at La Zenia boulevard within 10 minute walk . Local bus service across the park and pick up Point for organised tours.The beach at la zenia a leisurely 10-15 minute walk .All in all a nice place for a short or long break.

A winter get away
