Area was questionable. Staff was not very friendly -had to get his attention after standing at desk for several minutes. Parking was not available near lobby to check in due to renovation. No map of property was given so had to figure out how to get to our room. On the day of check out we received an email wanting to know what time we were leaving and a list of charges if you stayed over the check out time. Not our best hotel experience.

I'm a guest here because I'm having work done on my home. I am very pleased with my stay. The staff has been accomadating, pleasant and professional.The housekeeping staff does a super job maintaing my room. The kitchen crew does an excellent job every day preparing and maintaning a delicious breakfast. I would recommend a stay here to anyone visiting the area.

The front desk personnel were wonderful and very efficient. Our room was perfect with minimal noise from surrounding rooms and traffic. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. I would stay here again.

The property was fine, the included breakfast was good. Staff don’t allow you to bring food to room to eat. Not friendly. Front desk employees were very nice however. We couldn’t find parking close enough to our room, I am handicapped and my son drove his car and I forgot my plackard. We parked in a spot that was not marked do not park , but a cone was there. We chose to park since no sign or painted curb. Manager was very rude to me and spoke to me like he was chastising an employee. We were there that more morning for my ex hubbys funeral and my sons dad. Didn’t need that behavior that morning even though I kept apologize but didn’t seem good enough for this man.

The head sprays mist and floor gets wet. The carpets are buckling. Front doors aren’t locked at night. There is a key access to be able to access entry. Security had to kick out someone who just wondered in the lobby. Ice machine was all the way in the back on first floor. Would be difficult for elderly or disabled person to get ice.

Great stay
Hotel had great customer service. What I loved was that they allow pets to stay. As many people have their pets and it’s very hard to travel because many hotels don’t accept them and they are part of one’s family. Their breakfast was very good and coffee as well. I would definitely stay again. I recommend it if you have your dog and it’s part of your family that travels to stay there. Thank you.

We did make a reservation and they canceled it. When we came at 3am in the morning the front desk guy said it was canceld at 12 am. We drove 8 hours and we were frustrated that theres no room available for us?. We love staying on LA Quintas locations every where we mostly go. This was a disappointment.

We are sorry for that but your card did not go through so that is why the reservation at 6.00 pm is cancelled as not grantee by payment
