Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich ordentlich gereinigt. Es gab einige unschöne Flecken an den Gardinen. Leider war der Kaffee im Empfangs- und Küchenbereich kalt, wenn ich abends von meinem Dienstgeschäft gekommen bin. Und als ich früh morgens auschecken wollte, um meinen Flug zu erreichen, benötigte die etwas ältere Servicedame, die sich im Küchenbereich aufhielt eine viertel Stunde am Computer, um mir zu sagen, dass ich meinen Beleg online bei meinem Reiseanbieter bekomme. Ich hatte am Vorabend extra noch an der Rezeption geprüft, dass keine offenen Posten vorliegen und ich theoretisch schnell auschecken könnte. Da wurde mir noch bekundet, dass ich nur die Zimmerkarten abgeben müsste und es ein schnelles Auschecken werden würde.

I am so sorry that the check out process was not as smooth as it should have been. I will make sure that we work with our staff more in training so that they work faster and make sure the guest has all the right answers.

Sehr gute Alternative zu den Hotels in der City
die Lage ist für einen Besuch in Washington ok. Alles in allem ein Sehr gutes Hotel. Im Bad fehlen allerdings ein paar Haken, wie so oft in den Staaten. Das Zimmer war eigentlich sehr sauber, es würde wohl vergessen zu saugen, da ich auf ein paar Zehennägeln gestanden bin. Als ich dies an der Rezeption ansprach bekam ich lapidar zu hören, dass ich dies ja bei der Bewertung anführen kann.

I tried to get partial refund or credit due to an emergency. I talked to multiple members and let them know we checked out. Tried to get ahold of manager. Was never available until the day our reservation ended. She contacted them and said we didnt check out so she would not refund. Poor customer service. Will never stay with them again.

Room had been updated with new floors which is nice. The room was clean, good lighting and vent in the bathroom. Breakfast staff was very nice with a good breakfast selection, and large lobby/eating area. The negatives – even though the room was clean, the hallways, elevator areas, and outside entrance were dirty. The toilet was very slow to flush, and sometimes did not work. Heat/ac unit was loud.

The staff was excellent but the inn is under construction and it is not finished. My first room, the bathroom had broken tile and dirty tub. But the staff gave me a new room with an upgrade. That room was clean and ready for guests. Staff was so helpfy

Great affordable stay
Had a great stay. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small but clean. Breakfast served had variety and tasted great. Exercise room had stationery bike, treadmill, elliptical, and dumbbells.

Leak from shower ceiling. Cleanliness was not great when it comes to dust in areas that shouldn’t be dusty. There’s a 1” gap between the room door and the floor leaving the feel of the room not entirely private. Staff was pleasant. I didn’t have time to relocate to a new room.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed in Comfort Inn. Furniture in room was rough and damaged. Sofa stained. Tub drain was very slow and toilet clogged. Only one ice machine in entire 5 stories worked. It was on the 1st floor and we were on 5th. The smoke alarm was missing and walls had numerous crudely patched holes. This is my second disappointing stay in a Comfort inn on this trip. I won’t be booking with them again.
