Beautiful hotel, pool and beach with very friendly staff. We were disappointed, that the buffets (Bejana and Raku) were advertised but in our week cancelled without a comprehensible reason or a communication to the guests before. We arrived at the restaurants (on tuesday in Bejana and wednesday in Raku) and the staff just told us the buffets had been cancelled.

Wir hatten eine Poolvilla mit eigenem kleinem Swimmingpool, was sehr angenehm war. Zusätzlich hatten wir vor Ort Zugang zur Lounge gebucht, wo den ganzen Tag über kleine Gerichte angeboten wurden. Alles war sehr lecker und die Atmosphäre war wirklich sehr entspannt. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen nett und freundlich, ohne jemals aufdringlich zu sein. Erlebnis: Bei Ebbe ca. 100-200 m auf die Korallenbank hinauslaufen und Meerestiere beobachten (Badeschuhe anziehen!). Das Hotel ist groß, aber angelegt wie ein botanischer Garten und die kleinen Poolvillen sind so eingegrünt, dass man die Bebauung kaum wahrnimmt. Die Hauptgebäude sind natürlich präsenter. Alles ist sehr großzügig angelegt. Es sind ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Das Essen war immer hervorragend. Obwohl viele Hochzeiten stattfinden, war es nicht störend.

Schöne Anlage mit sehr großen schönen Zimmern. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und lecker. Das Essen in den Restaurants ist für Bali Verhältnisse sehr sehr teuer. Geschmacklich ist es das Geld nicht wert. Was negativ aufgefallen ist, ist der Müll am Strand und am Poolbereich. Leider werfen einige Gäste aus dem arabischen und chinesischem Raum ihren Müll einfach an den Strand. Was man jedoch absolut hervorheben muss, sind die Menschen die bei dem Hotel arbeiten. Noch nirgendwo auf der Welt haben wir so freundliches Hotelpersonal erlebt! 1A Spüitzenklasse!

Absolut zu empfehlen!!
Perfektes Hotel und super Aufenthalt! Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Restaurantpreise ein wenig überrissen.... Da gingen wir doch lieber auswärts essen. Ansonsten gibt's kaum was zu meckern ausser dass die Schubladen ersetzt werden könnten. Man merkt, dass schon viele Gäste diese benutzt hatten. Der Service ist besonders zu betonen! Die Mitarbeitenden sind extrem aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Teilweise war es mir fast zu schnell, wie oft kommt das schon vor?! Echt super Hotel und würde es sofort wieder buchen!

Top freundlicher Service. Das Personal ist immer bereit eine Buggyfahrt zur Verfügung zu stellen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und preislich okay. Die Zimmer sind traumhaft mit wirklich allen Annehmlichkeiten. Club Lounge ist auch sehr angenehm jedoch nicht für jeden Tag, da es immer im gleichen Restaurant stattfindet. Läßt keine Wünsche offen. Sogar zwei Kleidungsstücke pro Tag und Zimmer waschen und bügeln lassen. Late Check out war kein Problem. Wirklich alles Top. Liebhaber, die gerne im Meer baden, sollten jedoch auf die Ebbe achten, welche nachmittags kommt. Mir war das egal, da ich sowieso nur in den Pool gehe.

Amazing hotel for people that want luxury and relaxation. Small resort that you can easily walk around. Rapid Transportation is available also. Rooms are excellent. This place sucks for a 5 star resort. To be clear, it’s still a 5-star resort (property is awesome, it’s right on the beach, food is good and there are plenty of options) but I’d spend my money elsewhere. The biggest issue is everything is overpriced. You pay $10-12 (that’s USD) per cocktail and you get tiny portions disguised in tall glasses, but it’s like 6 oz. Wine was $20 per glass. It’s also a huge headache to do/order anything because you always have to sign for it (we wanted a couple towels one day and had to sign a checkout form). The bureaucracy was crazy. And they were always having weddings that are loud and disruptive. The main restaurant was closed one night for a wedding party. When you spend that much on a room you don’t want to get nickel and dimed on everything else and that’s what it felt like.

Paradise with an amazing Staff.
Absolutely amazing! The property is gorgeous. Top notched service and attention to details from the incredible staff. The pool was lovely with a few restaurants to select from. I really appreciated the buggy available readily to take you anywhere around the property. Free activities were available for guests and partial spa facilities as well. The daily breakfast buffet had so many choices and a soup bar. The room was spacious, and super clean. It was a definite place to relax and you never want to leave.

The Ritz Carlton standard is well and truly maintained in the Nusa Dua resort. Beautiful property makes you feel relaxed when you arrive, welcome staff excellent, Restaurants are great quality - I must compliment one of the exec Chef Abi who ran a great team of chefs and service staff and one of his junior Staff Bernadetta was smiling every day and was so helpful also. Spacious rooms with everything you need, even access to lagoon pools.

Swimming pool was too busy, too noisy and other guests were rude. Our belongings were moved and our chairs/sun beds taken over despite us being away from the pool for a short time.
