Wir wohnten zwei Wochen in einer Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Es war stets sauber. Die Poolanlage war sehr schön und würde gepflegt. Das Frühstück war lecker und hatte eine große Auswahl! Die Getränke sind im Restaurant etwas teuer. Nusa Dusa ist wunderschön gepflegt. Wenn man ein paar Schritte geht, findet man auch leckere Restaurants zu günstigen Preisen!

Nie wieder!
Es war der teuerste und schlechteste Aufenthalt in bali. Wir wollten auf Nummer sicher gehen und etwas mehr ausgeben für ein 5 Sternen hotel. Es war ein totaler Reinfall. Für europäische Standards war das ein 3 Sternen hotel. Wir bekamen ein altes und muffeliges zimmer. Es war zudem dreckig (spinnengewebe, fremde Haare auf Teppich. Kümmel im Bad) und wir fühlten uns gar nicht wie zu Hause. Der willkommendrink war auch nicht gut. Was uns noch extrem gestört hat sind die Strandtücher. Sie waren alt, überall lose fäden und hatten überall Flecken!!!! Ich weiss nicht wie man all dies als 5 Sterne bewerten soll. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig und eher für asiatische Kunden. Das einzige positive war der Strand und der shuttle service dorthin. Ich würde niemanden das Hotel weiterempfehlen aber lieber noch mehr Geld investieren für ein echtes 5 Sternen Hotel.

Gutes Hotel zu günstigen Preisen
wir waren im 2011 schonmal hier...damals war alles rundum Perfekt.mittlerweile ist der Service und der Zustand des Hotels einbsichen in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht falsch verstehen...Service ist immernoch sehr gut(im Gegensatz zu Europa) allerdings nimmt man sich nicht mehr viel Zeit für die Gäste. das ist aber jammern auf höchstem Niveau:)

Tolles Ausflugshotel
Besonders gefallen hat uns das große Zimmer mit dem offenen Badezimmer. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr das Neueste aber war gut gepflegt. Die Lage gefiel uns auch und war gut für ein paar Ausflüge. Es liegt zwar nicht direkt am Strand, aber mit dem Shuttlebus war man schnell am Hoteleigenen Strand. Die Lage dort war sehr ruhig, eher am Rande. Es war auch nicht soviel Müll, wie teilweise in der Bucht der anderen Hotels. Das Frühstücksbüffet gefiel uns nicht so gut, da nicht ausreichend nachgelegt wurde und die Kaffeemaschine öfters defekt war. Da es ein Familienhitel ist, war es auch recht hektisch. Ein Lichtblick war jedoch der Koch für die Omletts, der immer mit Freude leckere Omletts bereitete.

Shuttle zum Strand
Leider kommt man zum Strand nur mit dem hoteleigenen Shuttle über einen recht holprigen Weg. Ausreichend bequeme Liegen und Schirme sind vorhanden - die Strandbar ist aber etwas teuer! Das Hotel selbst wird gerade (wie wir per Zettel am Zimmer erfahren mussten) bis Juli 2015 renoviert - inklusive etwas Baulärm. Der Pool bei den Apartments wird täglich gereinigt.

Die Zimmern und die Anlage sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich. Der Strand ist sehr gepflegt, leider muss man mit dem Shuttle dorthin fahren. Sehr schade war auch, dass es keine deutsch sprechenden Betreuer im Kinderclub gab und unsere Kinder somit nicht dort bleiben konnten! Ansonsten empfehlenswert.

Gerne wieder
Wir haben die Zeit im Novotel sehr genossen,obwohl ein recht grosser Komplex verkäuft sich alles relativ gut. Wir bekamen ein wunderschönes Zimmer, ein grosses, schön eingerichtetes Appartment mit eigenem Pool. Ideal für unsere Kids, denen aber auch der Hotelpool sehr gut gefiel, eine recht grosszügige Wasserlandschaft. Direkt am Strand liegt das Hotel nicht, aber mit dem Shuttlebus sind es nur 3 Minuten zum hoteleigenen Beachclub. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch das SPA ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das One-Bedroom-Apartment ist sehr groß und läßt in puncto Ausstattung und Styling keine Wünsche offen. Die Garten -und Poolanlage ist fantastisch und tröstet über die Tatsache hinweg, dass dieses Hotel nicht direkt am Strand liegt. Der Privatstrand ist mit dem hoteleigenen Shuttle-Bus schnell erreichbar und ebenfalls sehr schön. Das Fitness-Studio und der Spa sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen.

The grounds of this hotel are amazing, very lush and tropical. The shuttle bus to the private beach is great, we felt very safe and looked after. We are a family of 5 and the 2 bed 2 bath room was perfect! The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We found the bathroom in our bedroom tired but still tidy enough. Huge property but not well-maintained. 1) no USB charging ports only two ports in the two-room suite got one multi plug charger (from hotel on refundable deposit fee) then used our plug to charge phones. Huge issue if you have multiple phones and other devices like smart watches too. 2)The kids club was just for namesake half the toys were broken, there was foosball table that didn’t work n few ride along cars n other stuff. 3)The breakfast buffet was okay had western local n the Indian (not the same as Indian) tasted like it was going thru a budget cut. Three restaurants but all had almost same menu. 4)Had booked the hotel as it had a pool with the room but it was a rather small splash pool and it wasn't even clean, leaves kept falling off the roof n cobwebs on the statue pouring water into it. 5)They said it was a functional kitchen but no microwave if you want to rent one they’re happy to for a price. All in all book elsewhere if you want value for money spent 5star just for name.

We found the Staff at the Novotel excellent. From check in to check out eveyone was friendly and helpful. We spent most of our days around the pool and the Gourmet Square staff made our holiday even more special. One employer that stood out to us and carried us on a pedestal was Jayaa. He catered to our every need and gave us service on behalf of Novotel.

Our favourite thing about this property was the toddler pool our 2 yr old would spend hours in there playing. The beach was great but not safe for swimming directly in front of the beach club and would have been a 300m walk to the swimming area. I’m not sure if this is always or just the weather when we were there but something I hadn’t considered. The rooms were large but a little dated. I will forever not understand why hotels have clear glass doors on toilets and showers. Great location to walk to shops and Bali collection. There were also many restaurants outside of the resort that were easy to access. The property itself is well maintained. For the price compared to other options in Nusa Dua we were happy with our stay.

Good for family.
It was a wonderful stay at novotel nusa dua. Nice pool, good service..foods were not the best..but still ok. Hotel is kinda old but well maintained. Good hotel for good price.

Location is good and majority staff are good and friendly. The pool is really good and the beach was also great. Buffet breakfast is good as there was something new everyday. Check in was from 2pm and our room was not ready even though we arrived around 11pm. Seems like to there is a massive sewage system issue as all the area around the toilets stinks. Drinks are usually warm as the fridges don’t seem to be working well.

Would recommend as the complex is very safe and rooms are clean and well catered apart from tea & coffee facilities... this you will need to purchase to have in your room. There was a diplomatic conference in our resort on the last few days of our stay and we felt standards slipped for the guests because all focus was shifted and amenities were limited. All in all a very pleasant stay.
