Nicht empfehlenswert!
Da wir nach einer Nacht (statt gebuchten 8 Nächten) abgereist sind, können wir das Grand Mirage keinesfalls weiterempfehlen!! Die Lobby ist ansprechend, aber damit endet es. Die Zimmer, der Pool- und Frühstücksbereich sind schmuddelig, unhygienisch und heruntergekommen. Keinesfalls 5 Sterne! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig, jedoch auf schmutzigen Anrichten platziert. Wir waren vom Allgemeinzustand fassungslos. Ein Budget All inklusive Hotel würde zutreffen. Zu diesem Preis nicht vertretbar! Auf jeden Fall nach Alternativen suchen.

Nie wieder
Wir hatten das Zimmer richtung Küche jedoch im 3 Stock. Das ganze Zimmer hat 24h nach Essen gerochen. Auch sonst wo man sich im Hotel aufgehalten hat, roch es immer nach Essen. Personal war nicht so hilfsbereit.. Das Meer war dreckig da es viele Boote/ Schiffe hat . Die Bilder auf der Buchungsseite sind Definitiv bearbeitet. Ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. :(

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen...
Alles in allem ist es ein Hotel, was trotz seiner Größe, Wert auf Sauberkeit und liebe zum Detail beibehalten hat. Das Hotel sehr sauber und bei dem reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet bleiben kaum wünsche offen. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und diverse Restaurants, Massagestudios und Supermärkte befinden sich direkt auf der anderen Staraßenseite. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet einen großen Poolbereich. Was uns persönlich nicht so gut gefallen hat, war der Strandbereich (serh touristisch, hoher Bootsverkehr, viel Wassersport (Jetski,Banana, Flyboard etc.) und der Charakter eines "All-in Hotels". Dies zieht viele Familien und Kinder an, was ein wenig den Charme der kleineren Hotels, Starndhütte und Bungalows vermissen lässt. Wer also mehr Wert auf Ruhe und abgeschiedenheit legt der sollte ggf. auf kleinere Hotels zurückgreifen.

Hotel für ein paar Tage in der Lage ok
Das Hotel ist im Prinzip in Ordnung. Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend aber durch die Anzahl der Zimmer zur hauptzeit extrem überfüllt. Der Pool, und vor allem die liegen, ist bei weitem für die Anzahl der Gäste zu klein. Unser Koffer kam mit unserem Flug leider nicht an und man bat uns von der Fluggesellschaft immer mal wieder anzurufen. Der Empfang war leider nicht in der Lage so das wir es selbst vom Zimmer aus machen mussten. Die Verbindung war jedes mal über den Operator eine Katastrophe. Am Ende durften wir die lokalen Gespräche auch noch gut bezahlen. Hier hätte sich die Servicequalität auszeichnen können. Der Strand ist eine Katastrophe. Dreckig, voller Boote und bei dem Wassersport der dort abläuft hat sowieso niemand Lust sich am Strand aufzuhalten. Positiv für Familien ist vielleicht noch die Nutzung einer poolrutsche im Hotel nebenan.

Wir waren nur 2 Nächte da. Wir suchen grundsätzlich vor Ort unsere Zimmer. Diese Hotel war nur gedacht um nicht sofort auf Zimmersuche zu gehen. Zimmer war ok aber nicht besonders toll. Das Bad war schön. Der Kühlschrank war nicht kalt!!!!!!!! Musste auf unseren Hinweis ausgetauscht werden Die Betten waren klamm!!!! Die Lage nicht unser Geschmack - aber für 2 Nächte in Ordnung.

Unser Aufenthalt (17 Nächte) war schön.Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Renovierung.Die Zimmer (Standart) waren für 2 EW u.2 Kinder viel zu klein.Kaum Stauraum.Es war jedoch sauber und der Balinesische Stiel sehr schön.Am Pool waren um 9:30Uhr keine einzige Liege mehr frei.Man muss um 7 Uhr ein Handtuch auf die Liegen legen um diese zu besetzen.Wie in Spanien-ein No Go!Die Liegen waren zudem teilweise kaputt und nicht gepflegt, schade...! Der Pool sieht durch die alten teilw.kaputten Betonsteinumrandung nicht sehr ansprechend aus.Für 5* würde ich etwas anderes erwarten.Das Frühstück war ausreichend und soweit gut.Jedoch könnte einiges ausgetauscht werden.Wie die Behälter der Cornflakes oder mal neue Pfannen für die Omlettstation. Wir haben erfahren und gesehen das wohl im Okt16 ein neues Grand Mirage eröffnet werden soll.Dieser mit einem Familywing.Hört sich gut an und die Plakate sehen vielversprechend aus. Alles in Allem ist Bali eine tolle Insel. Nette Leute, schöne Strände, viel zu sehen und zu erleben.Jedoch ist es in den letzten Jahren teuer geworden.Z.B. Ein Ausflug auf eine Elefantenfarm 2 EW+ 2 Ki. Um die 300 Euro ( Buchung im Hotel). Trotzallem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir hatten viel Spaß und haben uns gut erholt.Danke und viele Grüße.

This hotel it a paradise for families. The facilities are wonderful (waterslides, splash park area, kids club, games rooms and the best buffet I have ever seen). The grounds are super clean and the rooms were great. Having 2 sections of the resort (adult and family) is wonderful. If I have dropped the kids at kids club, I am able to have some proper down time. It is the best of both worlds. The staff were utterly lovely and went above and beyond.

This hotel is perfectly located if you are coming from Singapore. Shopping is walking distance tonthe hotel and bus station. The staff is super friendly as well. The spa was also a delight and the high tea experience.

We spent our family holiday at this property. The interconnecting rooms allowed us to have the room and privacy to enjoy the holidays with 3 kids. All staff is super friendly, the daily activities in the pool area are fun. The games room is well worth hours of entertainment away from the screens.

The property was good, although some renovations are undergoing and the dust around during working hours around the restaurant and pool area is not good. They have not properly sealed the area that is under construction and dust is going everywhere, including the food, and if you are around the pool are your clothes finished all full of dust, in addition, it triggered some allergies. Management should take measurements to properly seal working areas.
