Nur für junge Leute mit Kindern
Die Außenanlagen des Hotels sind sehr schön und gepflegt und für junge Menschen mit Kindern vermutlich gut geeignet. Für ältere Menschen, die auch Ruhe und Erholung suchen ungeeignet. Die "Häuserblocks" der Anlage erinnern an Wohnsiedlungen. Das Ressort ist enorm weitläufig und man verliert Stunden am Tag um zu den Restaurants, den Geschäften, zur Lobby oder zum Strand und zurück aufs Zimmer zu kommen. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr einladend. Sie bräuchten dringend Renovierung, die Abflüsse funktionieren nicht gut und die Reinigung könnte sorgfältiger sein. Das angebotene Essen in den Restaurants ist mittelmässig und qualitativ nicht besonders. Das Personal gibt sich grosse Mühe aber das ganze Hotel ist eine "Massensiedlung" und nichts für Paare, ältere Menschen oder Individualisten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage in Nusa Dua
Das Grand Hyatt in Nusa Dua ist eine der schönsten Anlagen in diesem Teil von Bali. Meine Freundin und ich waren für 7 Tage dort und fühlten uns rundum wohl. Der Service war super, das Zimmer sehr sauber und die Anlage bietet alles für einen tollen Urlaub. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, haben neben einem großen Bad auch einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und bieten einen angenehmen Komfort. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, hat dort auch eigene Liegen und direkt davor einen großen Pool. Dieser ist auch immer gut besucht, vor allem viele Kinder plantschen hier. Generell ist das Hotel größtenteils von Familien belegt, dementsprechend viele Kinder sind auf der Anlage unterwegs. Für Besucher ohne Kinder, kann das etwas anstrengend sein. Es gibt jedoch einen "geheimen" Pool, der kaum besucht ist. Dort ist es sehr ruhig und angenehm. Dennoch wird, soweit ich (noch kinderlos) das beurteilen kann, für die Kleinen viel geboten und es gibt allerhand was das Hotel macht, damit der Aufenthalt für sie unvergesslich wird. Die Besucher sind zu einem großen Prozentsatz (~75%) Chinesen. Das kann ebenfalls auf Dauer etwas anstrengend sein... wie denke ich jeder bestätigen kann, der mal in Asien Urlaub gemacht hat und in Kontakt mit chinesischen Reisegruppen gekommen ist ;) Abschließend lässt sich sagen, dass das Hotel ein tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hat und definitiv in diesem Teil von Bali zu den besten gehört.

The location on the beach was fantastic, the room was exceptional and the staff could not do enough to help and were all so friendly. The whole site is huge and after a week we were still discovering new areas. It would have been nice to have had a better "introduction" talk explaining what was included, such a free cocktails and meals in the Grand Club, which was included in the room we booked.

When we first checked in into our room, the bed had stains on it and the bathroom had smudges of sauce/blood. We asked them to come to clean it. Then we realised the fridge was not working and kids couldn’t have the milk as it was warm and they came and replaced fridge. Also the pillows were very high and a low amount. For a 5 star hotel it should have enough staff but there are hardly any staff around to help you or for you to order. Keep away as it is not worse the money.

For Bali, this was quite overpriced, or at least at the time I stayed it was. The rooms are dated and smallish. The room balconies are tiny. The grounds are pretty but for Bali, nothing too unusual. For a little more money you can find something spectacular in this area, like Kempenski.

Great place. Excellent pool, very well done and beautiful. Great slide for the kids. Nice beach. Italian restaurant is very good. Staff is wonderful. Overall, an awesome place. One downside: King bed is two twins pushed together, and it is very hard. Not a plush soft bed. Slept fine in it, but expected something different.

Quiet season perfect do nothing, laze by the pool, eat, drink, sleep, repeat. The Balinese people and the hotel staff are GENUINELY happy to be of service. So refreshing. Quiet luxury stay
Great place for families but as a couple we also enjoyed. It’s a very quiet place and not much to do in the area except for go to Bali collection at night which has good options for food and massages. The hotel offers a lot of water activities at a reasonable price. I took surfing lessons and loved it.
