Eine viel zu große Anlage, unübersichtlich und uncharmant. Grauer Beton. Hallender Frühstücksraum (stressig) mit mittelmässigem Frühstück. Viele Optionen, aber nichts richtig schmackhaft. Kein Joghurt. An den diversen Pools nicht eine (!) freie Liege. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Zimmer mit gute Betten. Frühstück ausreichend und war alles vorhanden. Baden im Meer auf Grund von Ebbe und Flut nicht möglich und daher auch nicht sauber. Schöne Poolanlage und immer genügend Liegen vorhanden.

Das Conrad Bali war in unseren Augen die beste Entscheidung für einen Start in Bali. Wir haben uns die umliegenden Hotels angeschaut und denken, dass das Conrad wohl das Beste in der Umgebung ist. Das Personal war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns von Sekunde 1 an sehr wohl gefühlt. Jeder Wunsch wurde von den Augen abgelesen. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben selten ein Hotel mit so einer schönen und liebevollen Ausstattung gesehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als ausreichend. Es sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Die Poolanlage erstreckt sich über die gesamte Anlage, ist gepflegt und generell sehr schön. Der Strand ist wunderschön. Sehr breit und heller Sand. Es gibt kostenlose Liegen, die sehr bequem sind und sogar am Strand wird man bedient. Leider war zu unserer Zeit das Meer oft komplett verschwunden und nur morgens nutzbar. Generell nicht so fürs schwimmen geeignet, da es nur einen kleinen Abschnitt im Meer gibt, wo die Wassersportler nicht fahren dürfen. Wir hatten auch viele Algen. Da wir Strand & Meergänger sind fanden wir das natürlich schade. Aber vielleicht ist das zu einer anderen Zeit besser. Nuss Dua an sich hat uns leider nicht überzeugt. Da hat uns Kuta oder Ubud besser gefallen. Mit dem Taxi (Blue Bird) kommt man sehr günstig aber auch woanders hin, wenn man in die Stadt will. Aber das Hotel konnte nichts toppen. Wir können es nur empfehlen und würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Tolles Hotel mit super Personal
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Hier wird Service gross geschrieben. Schade ist, dass der Strand nicht wirklich nutzbar ist. Baden im Meer ist nicht toll. Ich würde auch von der Benutzung der Liegen abraten da man ständig von so einem Wassersportanbieter angelabbert wird. Er kam im 5 Minutenrakt bis wir dann genervt zum Pool umgezogen sind. Nach jedem Nein gab es auch ein wahrscheinlich nicht so netter Kommentar auf Indonesisch, was wir nicht verstanden haben. Was richtig gut war, ist das Frühstück. Super Auswahl für alle Geschmäcker. Kleiner Tipp ans Hotel: es wäre schön wenn man eine Beschreibung der Füllung der Dim Sum in den Dampfkörben hätte damit man weiss was drin ist.

Excellent hotel but not the usual Conrad
The hotel reaches all the excellence expected from the Conrad brand. Perfect service, friendly staff and comfy rooms. In this matter there is really nothing to complain. But there is one important information Conrad guests should know before booking. It is not the usual business traveller hotel as in other Conrads. During our stay most of the guests were mainly chinese (but also other asian) families with small children. For this reason there is no real relaxing at the pool. Often the behaviour is respectless against other guests (loud, diving and splashing, throwing balls in the pool even if others are swimming there, drinking beer on the balcony till very late and talking extremely loud...). If they wanted to swim late at night (not really quietly) nobody from the staff intervened to allow other guest to sleep. We also witnessed a chinese man at the breakfast buffet trying some little shots of herbal tee and putting the glass back because he did not like it. Disgusting. Would not book again

Das Hotel war hervorragend. Alles war sehr sauber, neu und modern. Die Poollandschaft ist atemberaubend. Der Service war excellent, die Angestellten sind alle sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und lesen dir jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet, das beste was ich je gesehen habe. Die Auswahl ist gewaltig und es ist bestimmt für jeden was dabei. Unser Zimmer war geräumig mit Sicht zum Garten. Das einzige was Schad ist, das Hotel kann jedoch nichts tun, ist der Strand. Es ist gar nicht möglich baden zu gehen, da die Ebbe und Flut sehr stark sind. Zudem hat es sehr viel Wassersport (Jetski etc.). Wir würden definitiv wieder in dieses Hotel gehen und es jedem empfehlen.

Sehr schön angelegte Anlage, insbesondere der Pool ist grandios. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, jedoch dafür das sie gerade renoviert sind, bereits sehr abgegriffen und teilweise nicht besonders sauber in Hinblick auf ein 5-Sterne Hotel. Leider befindet sich der ganz rechte Teil des Hotels noch in der Renovierungsphase, worauf man an keiner Stelle hingewiesen wird. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Baustelle. Der Baustellenlärm war uns definitiv zu laut um auf unserem Balkon zu entspannen. Nach einer ersten Beschwerde an der Rezeption, wurde uns mitgeteilt "Man wird sich darum bemühen, dass die Arbeiten leiser ausgeführt werden", man könne uns jedoch kein anderes Zimmer geben, da alles ausgebucht ist. Es wurde nicht leiser und wir beschwerten uns noch einmal. Darauf hin war es dann möglich ein anderes Zimmer zu organisieren, was dann auch leise war. Den Kunden jedoch erst einmal zu testen und zu hoffen, dass keine Beschwerden kommen, finde ich bei dem Preis absolut nicht in Ordnung. Des Weiteren sind die Getränke- und Essenspreise absolut überzogen und teilweise teurer als in Deutschland. In Hinblick auf das fantastische Essen zu sehr günstigen Preisen welches wir auf Bali essen durften, fühlt man sich ausgenommen. Der Strand ist quasi nicht nutzbar. Auf dem Wasser findet so viel Wassersport statt, wie ich es noch nicht erlebt habe. Zudem wird man alle 5 Minunten angesprochen, ob man denn Jetski fahren möchte. Erholung nicht möglich! Das Frühstück ist grandios!

Ich war für 8 Nächte in Bali und buchte eine Cobrad Suite,welche sehr schön und grosszügig war. Der Service und das Angebot in der Club Lounge ist sehr gut. Der einzige,,Wermutstropfen,, war, dass das Baden im Meer nicht möglich ist,da nur ein kleiner Teil zum Baden abgegrenzt ist ( infolge der Jetskis und des Wassersports... So musste ich auf einnen Beach Club ausweichen.

Nie mit Kindern in eine Suite
Eigentlich ist das Conrad eine gute Wahl, wenn man einfach nur irgendwo in der Sonne an einem schönen Pool liegen möchte. Wenn man aber einen Strandurlaub erleben möchte, ist man beim Conrad falsch, da dieses zwar einen Strand hat, der jedoch einer Formel-1 Rennstrecke gleicht. Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Conrad grundsätzlich eine gute Wahl, vorausgesetzt, man wählt nicht eine Suite als Unterkunft. Wer eine Suite wählt zahlt zusätzlich für z.B. die Nutzung der nahe gelegenen ClubLounge als Frühstücksort und für Cocktails und kann überdies einen besonderen Pool nutzen. Wenn man Kinder hat, die noch keine 12 Jahre alt sind, ist dies alles jedoch nicht möglich, da Kinder dort verboten sind. Man zahlt also für Extras, die man aber gar nicht in Anspruch nehmen kann. Für das Hotelpersonal selbst ist das aber offensichtlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit, die weder hinterfragt wird, noch wird ein Ausgleich offeriert. Wahrscheinlich wird es irgendwann im Conrad auch noch einen Bereich geben, der für Menschen über 60 Jahre gesperrt ist, damit jüngeren Gästen der Anblick erspart bleibt. Oder man wird Menschen bestimmter Hautfarbe oder Nationalität den Zugang verwehren, weil sich z.B. herausgestellt hat, dass manche Nationalitäten lauter sind als Andere.

Mieseste Corad, dass wir je erlebt haben
Die Lage des Hotels an einem eher nicht gepflegten, verschmutzten öffentlichen Strand ist wenig einladend. Die Zimmer sind mehr als unzureichend gereinigt, auch mehrfache Reklamationen helfen fast nicht weiter. Die gebuchte und teuer bezahlte Suite war im EG in unmittelbarer Restaurant-Nähe (Lärm und Küchengerüche). Wesentliche Verbesserungen (Wunsch umzuziehen) waren nicht wirklich erreichbar, weil das Personal eher unwillig schien zu helfen. Angebotene Kompensationen standen in keinem Verhältnis zum Reisepreis und den erlittenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Stattdessen erhielten Gäste aus dem normalen Hotelbereich z.T. ohne HH Gold-Karten Upgrades für diesen exklusiveren Bereich und wurden damit besser behandelt, wie die Vollzahler! Restaurant und Liegen am Pool könnten dringend eine gründliche Reinigung erfahren. Die Anlage ist großflächig, für Ihr Alter wirkt sie z.T. abgewohnt. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist unzureichend. Das Service des Personals ist keinem 5*-Haus ebenbürdig, weil offensichtlich die Ausbildung fehlt. Vergesslichkeit, Langsamkeit sind Begriffe, die leider zutreffen. Viele Kritikpunkte, die früher schon auf verschiedenen Portalen abgegeben wurden, treffen leider immer noch zu. Offensichtlich lernt man daraus nicht... Fazit: Wir werden sicher nicht wieder kommen!

Das Hotel entsprach zur vollsten Zufriedenheit meine Erwartungen. Die Menschen sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommend und auch die Poolanlage ist sehr schön. Leider gibt es nicht wirklich einen richtigen Strand mit Bademöglichkeit vor dem Hotel. Es gibt zwar einen schmalen Strandstreifen, jedoch gibt es dort keine Sonnenschirme und Badeliegen - auch ist das Wasser nicht sehr sauber an dieser Stelle. Daher muss man mit dem Auto zu einem der tollen Strände von Bali fahren.

We travel to Bali with two toddlers. Room was a bit old but compare to other hotel facilities was negligible. The hotel hal breathtaking views from the lobby. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of food and dessert. Food presentation at Suku restaurant was next level with amazing Balinese people serving it. My kids absolutely loved it. Hotel pools were nice and literally 20m from beach. Kids club had lots of programs for little people. Although hotel itself was amazing, streets around the hotel weren't great. Walkways so narrow an uneven that we couldn't use our stroller to take the kids out. We certainly had a memorable stay at Conrad and highly recommend this amazing hotel.

This is truly the best resort for a family holiday. The rooms are a bit dated but it was made up by their welcoming staff and amazing pools. We chose this resort for their pools and the crowd are generally well behave. Breakfast has a good range with both buffet and cook to order options. The spa is nice but you can easily find better value for money with a bit of research. There are not a lot of dining options around the resort. Onsite restaurants are not bad but nothing to rave about. After dining in 2 of their restaurants, we opted for in-room dining for the rest of our stay. The resort is very family friendly and you can easily stay in the resort without going anywhere for a couple of days. Would definitely be back!

Great hotel with amazing service. We travelled as a family with 2 kids and the hotel was perfect for us. The breakfast was very good and very very diverse. The room was large and modern. The only downside is the beach. We couldn’t swim in the ocean because of the seaweed and all the rubbish on the shore.

Staff was the nicest people on earth. We got the villa with private pool and its in an area next to the spa and pretty quiet side. They have 3 restaurants and they are all amazing. Exceeded our expectations. They said nusa dua is far from everything but it wasnt that bad. Maybe an hour from tour meet ups. They are on top of their whatsapp account to talk to guest for any request. Gonna miss the hospitality of this hotel. Thank tou everyone!

Stayed here from 31/3 to 7/4 in Room 1321 with my wife and 1 child. We were so impressed and blown away with how amazing this resort was. The staff are so attentive and will attend to any request we had. We just relaxed by the most amazing pool the entire time, the poolside waiters were superb (special mention to Marta) who would always ensure we had enough towels, water etc. Room was fine, always clean and plenty of bottled water supplied daily. The grounds are immaculately kept by the groundskeepers. The breakfast buffet was superb, had a choice of eggs (scrambled, fried & poached), omelette, bacon, pancakes, cereals, granola, pastries and a large selection of Asian food. You will not go hungry. They even have a menu that you can order from which is included at no extra cost. The menu had such things as eggs benedict & avocado on toast. I have included a photo of the table breakfast menu. Juices at breakfast can be made to order or you can pour your own. We will definitely be returning in 2025 to Conrad Bali (Nusa Dua).

Conrad Bali is a beautiful resort and the staff are excellent. However, it is difficult to find out about activities at the resort as most are not advertised. Even though the resort was no where near capacity we were unable to get reservations at the seafood restaurant. Another guest told us we needed them! Many dining options within walking distance. Prices a bit high for Bali!

Went on a family vacation.Loved how each staff member always greeted us with smiles on their faces and their service was excellent. The only negative thing is the beach as it was low tide during our stay. But we have a lagoon access room so didn't miss the beach.

Overall we had a good experience, but there were a couple of not so great things. (We have 2 kids under 5, so that influenced my review) 1. The property is beginning to look tired. 2. The kids club was OK, given the internet hype, it fell short. 3. When we factored in the additional cost of breakfast buffet alone, it was expensive. We moved to a Hyatt brand in Sanur, way newer, way better facilities, way better food, and it was about the same cost. 4. There’s not many restaurants or things to do within close proximity to this location. On the plus side: 1. Huge pools 2. Quiet with lovely grounds
