Das einzige was aus meiner Sicht gut war, was das Bett. Badezimmer hatte keine Heizung, Wasser war nach 5 Sekunden kalt. Waschbecken auf Blechniveau. Das Bett wurde nicht gemacht. Frühstück so lala. Das Omelett wie Gummi, das Rührei gestreckt und wie Gips.

Zimmer waren geräumig, allerdings war das Badezimmer in einem recht abgenutzen Zustand. Frühstück Buffet war sehr gut , allerdings war das Personal teilweise überfordert. Lage des Hotels war perfekt!

Nur 3 Gehminuten von der Passkontrolle am Flughafen entfernt und somit optimal für einen Zwischenstopp vor, während oder nach einer Flugreise geeignet. Kleine Zimmer, für bis zu drei Personen, mit wenig Ablage- und Aufhängmöglichkeiten, aber für eine Person völlig ausreichend. Tee- und Kaffeeecke auf dem Gang, okay.

Die Anreise war unproblematisch und der Check-In ging sehr schnell. Das Gebäude ist Innen komplett modernisiert und die Zimmer bieten viele Annehmlichkeiten.

Wow I was visiting Nottingham for an eye surgery with my elderly parents where by my mother was the donor. Not only that the facilities were great, clean and spacious, the staff really wowed me from the word go. The bookibg experience was great as I sought accessible room for my parents. The staffed namely Hamid and Katie were so helpful in guiding me and giving my parents and I the perfect rooms. Then came the special requirements for earlier breakfast than normal time in the room. It was managed seamlessly at no extra cost. The staff also helped mu mother with medication post surgery whilst I was still at the hospital. The food quality at the breakfast and in room service was superb. A the icing on the cake that not only we were allowed extended checkout at 4pm later than normal but were also given complimentary breakfast for 2 out of 4 guests and discount of onhouse dining experience. What can I say we received a royal treatment during our four day stay. The staff and customer service was beyond best. I never expected so much that they gave us in service and care. Wow and absolute wow. The location is also very central with the high street just behind the hotel with plenty of wonderful dining experiences. A 7 star service by a 4 star hotel. I am sold

Good location, friendly staff, nice reception area. Rooms are very small but functional. Bathroom really needed to be updated. Bed very comfortable but didn't sleep well due to noise from heating/air conditioning unit and what I think was the lift. Constant noise all night. Didn't eat in the restaurant but friends did and they said breakfast was good.

Online check-in system asked for payment details and double charged the room charge. The reception staff was saying that I was not giving her response and asked me to respond to her while I was busy looking for the details for booking for another room of my family. What a impatient and impolite reception. Poor hospitality.
