Miserables Preisleistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer hat gestunken und sah sehr schmuddelig aus. Frühstück war zwar inklusive, aber nicht genießbar. Nicht zu empfehlen. Selbst beim auschecken wurden wir nicht gefragt wie es war.

My wife and I we were in room 119 and above our heads was naughty children and they kept running most of the night and early in the morning. That was the only problem that we had with our stay there.

I was satisfied with the cleanliness and condition of the room, both of which were very good and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The wireless was very poor. They said they were aware of the issue and were going to have it looked at.

Property itself was old and somewhat sketchy. Morning breakfast that was included was unappetizing - eggs were cold, hot coffee out and muffins were stale. For the rate I paid, I would not recommend or return.

One of the reasons that I chose this place was it was convenient, reasonable, and it advertised a fitness center. However the fitness center was not available due to "maintenance". When I asked about a slight reduction in the fee, there were two people at the desk...one was exrtremely rude (a male) and then another intervened and was quite pleasant. Anyway I was told they could not accomodate me because I booked through Expedia. I thought I should be entitled to some reduction. Also the breakfast was terrible.

Lights were not on! Worst breakfast. period. Dry scrambled eggs. No meat. No oatmeal. No coffee-- cold decaf. Had to ask for hot coffee, No cream or milk-- coffee mate only. No yogurt, no fruit, no hard boiled eggs. No butter for toast-- frozen tabs offered. Plastic wrapped gooey stale muffins. Free breakfast? Bad joke. Sump pump ran all night. Stayed here in 2017 for wedding-- super. Must have changed management.

I think our request for an “accessible” room for 2 elderly guests caused a misunderstanding. Our group of 4 was given to 2 ground-floor rooms at a lesser price than what I had booked, with the reasoning, I believe, that they were closer to parking and therefore more accessible for people who have trouble walking. It was a kind idea. What it meant for us, however, was that we were downgraded to less comfortable rooms. They were noisy and noticeably less well appointed than the other rooms. (We know because two of us in one of the rooms complained about being woken up by the gym machinery in the morning and were moved to a better room — one like the ones we had originally booked at a higher price). The frustrating thing was that all of the rooms were equally “accessible.” There were ramps to front doors, an elevator to every floor, and bars in every shower. None of the rooms had walk-in showers, which is what I had been hoping for. I think this booking would have been much more successful if there were a clear definition of “accessibility” accommodations, understood by staff and clearly stated on websites.

The rooms were great! Newly remodeled. The beds were comfortable. The towels we were provided looked brand new. The bathrooms were super clean. I believe the outside of the hotel really needs to be updated. But overall, we were happy with our 1night stay.

We usually look for a property that had a swimming pool. This one had a pool but it was under construction and was closed. Then they gave us a room on the third floor and the elevator was out of order. When we got to the room we noticed that not only was the counter dirty but the refrigeratore is in desparate need of defrosting. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were horribly uncomfortable. I spent a little extra on the room so I could get a bit of quality, I did not. Next year when I come to this area again, I will opt for some place else.

This hotel is over priced and not worth it
I was not pleased with the hotel especially given the rates that I was charged. The facility was not clean and had a bad odor on the first floor. Luckily I was on the second. The elevator was out of order. My room had a view of hazardous waste and a bowling alley parking lot where a couple of loud arguments took place during late hours. The hazardous waste drums outside my windows made popping sounds as the evening air cooled the tanks. If it were more melodious it may have had a good ragae sound. I will avoid this hotel at all costs.

Good stay, but also really really not good
When we first arrived it was late at night and it was completely deserted. We weren't sure even if it was the right place. We were a little hesitant about checking in. When we were checking in, we asked for a blanket but were questioned as to why we would need an extra blanket. Manager said that they're probably was an extra blanket in the fold-out bed. We trusted him. Then he advised us that they don't like to give out handicapped accessible rooms unless it's absolutely necessary. We did get a handicap room however it was on the second floor and the elevator was broken. Which was very ironic. Then when we went to pull out the bed, there was definitely no blanket there and the bed was very uncomfortable. And then bathroom was not exactly handicapped accessible since there was a tub that you had to step over and the floor of the tub was very slippery. Not to mention having to drag up a bunch of bags up the broken elevator through the deserted parking lot. The next morning, we asked for blanket to be brought up to the room . When we came back late the second night , there was still no blanket . And the elevator was still broken. Then we had to walk across the parking lot in the freezing cold to get another blanket. We had to ask three times to get an extra one . In addition, we were told that nobody was able to bring one up since housekeeping was not open at that time. Then, the phone in the room had a dial tone but the buttons did not dial and was broken we could not even call down to the front desk . I was pretty resentful that I had to walk down there and demand a blanket . On a positive note, e was very clean and the beds were very comfortable except for the pull out bed. It was also very quiet there and the breakfast was excellent. Plenty of towels andSoap

We stayed in a double queen room. The rooms had been recently renovated. The room did have a chemical smell when we got there but went away after we left the window open for a bit. The beds are really high off the ground. The tv was nice. The hair dryer is in the drawer and not in the bathroom. There is a sink area with a barn door separate from the shower and toilet which was convenient. We stayed for just one night but it was just fine for that. It was a nice 15 walk to downtown. Breakfast in the morning is what you expect but it was just what we needed. Coffee and jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. The bed was a little too firm for me, but that is just me. And the thermostat on the wall is useless. You control the hvac from the wall unit directly. If you aren’t looking for fancy and need a place to stay in Northampton, this isn’t a bad option. The people at the front desk were very nice.

To say disappointed, would be kind. I can't believe we paid $300 a night for this dump! Motel Motel Motel! We were lucky enough to be given the room just outside in the corner where everyone who smoked stepped outside for a light & we could hear the treadmills through the wall! Mold and god knows what in the bathroom- see pictures- along with a beat up office chair. Never again!

First, Expedia needs to make it clear that this is a motel, not a hotel. There is nothing in the Expedia information that highlighted this important point. However, when we arrived at the premises, all of the entrances to the rooms were from the outside, with questionable safety walking to our room from the hotel lobby. Second, our room was clearly near some kind of maintenance room, and every 30 minutes for the entire night there was a 2 minute banging noise that prevented me from sleeping. The motel has to know that occurs, and needs to either fix it or not put guests in that room. That all being said, the room itself was clean and updated, and the free breakfast was good.

Well maintained facility, extremely convenient to Northampton. The rooms are very comfortable. I have stayed there previously and may stay there again. The check in was frustrating. We were given a room number with no specific instructions of where to go, so we entered the hotel from the door at the check in and did not see an elevator so we carried our bags up the stairs only to find out there is no 3rd floor. We returned to the front desk and asked and were then informed we needed to go to the other building across the parking lot. It was dark and we headed over. The first two doors are were locked and it was the third door that allowed access to the building. Some simple directions from the desk at checkin would have made all the difference in terms of me being a return customer. At $427 per night, I would not expect to have to wander around and figure stuff out myself. Next time, I will probably look for a different hotel or air bnb as the service did not match up with the price. If not available, would definitely stay here again.

It was dirty, run down, etc. They didn’t make the bed or even empty wastebaskets. When I complained, they said I needed to make a special request for room service. And, for this I was charged $350 a night. P.S. The elevator was broken!!!!

Exterior door did not lock, odd smell and evidence of water leak in the stairwell, 3rd floor room without working elevator. First set of keys didn't work so I had to lug all our stuff back down 3 flights and then back up with new keys. Twice waited at the front desk while staff basically ignored me (no one else was there and they didn't appear to be doing anything work related). People hanging around outside vaping. Thermostat not working. Might be an hourly rate motel? Not at all what I expected for $400 nor from Expedia.

The room was fine, nothing special but clean and comfortable. Like others I wasn’t expecting it to be a motel with outside doors. The staff was awesome though, because when we got home we realized our daughter left her stuffed animal there, the one she needs to sleep. I called and the guy was really nice, went and looked, couldn’t find it and took my info and said they would keep looking. The next day another employee called and said they found it! They mailed it to us that day and we got it a couple days later. We REALLY appreciate that they went above and beyond to get it back to us.

Parents Weekend
I stayed at the Quality Inn for parents' weekend at a local college, it was overpriced. I did not feel safe, I was in the tower which was supposed to only be accessible via a key card, but the security door did not lock. In addition, the pool was out of service. The staff was friendly.
