The bathroom sink would not drain properly. Did not want to find out if the shower drained any better. Television channels that were available were only working intermittently. We had Victor from the office come over and call the cable company while we were there and did not get a reasonable answer as to how we would know if a channel would work, aside from trying it and having an error message come up. No way to tell what channels were available with the basic cable service they had. The television aspect ratio cut off the top and bottom of the screen. He insisted it is fine and when we showed him a news channel with the scrolling news articles at the bottom, he shrugged it off, It seemed that the sheets were not as clean as we would have expected them to be. When I asked if they would decrease our charges due to the above, Victor told me that they could not make any changes to the cost since we went through Expedia. When I asked him for a receipt, he said I would have to get it from Expedia, even though I always check that I will pay for the room and get a receipt from the office. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing, I do not recommend.

This property wasn’t terrible but sleeping there was rough. When we first arrived we heard this loud bell like a school bell almost and we didn’t think much of it but then when we went to bed it went off three times at 12:00 at night and it scared us awake. They said it was a ‘security’ alarm but it was extremely loud, it didn’t go off again after that and the breakfast was only toast and cereal in the checkin office. Those are my complaints it wasn’t bad besides that the room was comfy.

There was a makeup area outside the bathroom which had a small counter and seat. Very handy doing hair and makeup while someone is using the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and nicely made. The TV had lots of channels and easy to use the remote. The worse thing was the air conditioner filter was filthy. Air couldn't get out so my son just took it off. Housekeeping needs to do a better job on checking the filters.

The room smelled like curry. It took a while to get used to that. Also had the heat set at 68, and it just blew out cold air all night, so I froze my ass off all night

Great quiet place to stay-friendly staff. We had some issue with the heating system- couldn’t adjust the fan and the temperature in the room. We will definitely stay here again. Continental breakfast was quite limited, good coffee!

This is the type of hotel a high school debate team would stay at. When they handed me an old fashioned room key that really sent everything. The showers are good and they're trying really hard but it's just something out of the 1960s in my opinion and it's about 2 miles off the freeway
