das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum der Stadt. Zur Mass.MOCA und Shops ist es nur ein kurzer Fussweg. Das Hotel ist sauber, macht aber einen etwas abgewohnten Eindruck.

In the heart of downtown North Adams, we could leave and walk around, shop, get coffee. Our room on the 6th floor overlooked Main Street. It was a beautiful Mountain view & of the Four Church Steeples. The vintage Lampposts that lined Main St. and up over the bridge were just a beautiful bonus lighting up the night! Close to great pubs and eats. we had dinner at the Freight Yard which was also excellent! Great hotel with a helpful and cheery staff! Would def. book another stay!

Stayed here for the weekend for a visit! & was so pleased! Rooms are nice clean & comfy! Walking distance to just about anything! I really enjoyed our stay here

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again should we return to the area. Comfy beds, lots of pillows and simple white bedding. Loved the view of downtown from our windows. The artwork throughout was really a refreshingly unique way to decorate! Negatives we experienced - There was a barking dog a few doors down the hall but he stopped after approximately 30 minutes. Also when an adjacent room let their door swing shut, it caused our beds and headboards to bounce! Neither one of these would stop us from making reservations here again.

I had a nice stay and the hotel and staff were top notch. Except for a couple of mix-ups on my hotel bill where a couple of nonsignificent charges had to be removed, everything went well.

Very nice staff, very clean! The pool is in the basement and feels like an old YMCA- clean but kind of creepy feeling and loud door to a large fan being run. The rooms are clean but dark! And the sheets are not cotton so that’s not great for a good nights sleep.

The staff was so incredibly kind and helpful! Everything was clean and all our needs were met. It was great to be able to walk everywhere. We will be back. We went skiing at Berkshire East, which was about 30 minutes away, I think Jiminy Peak is a little closer.

Really good.
Really nice hotel. Walking distance to MassMoCA. Very clean. Friendly staff. My only complaint is the paper-thin walls and the climate control fan being too loud. Other than that it's totally good and you shouldn't hesitate to stay here.

Overall a great getaway
Perks: the (surprisingly warm) pool and hot tub made our trip, good coffee, chic lobby, nice restaurants within easy walking distance, funky art displays, comfortable room, relatively affordable. Downsides: not sure if we were just unlucky but we had some noisy neighbors, and sound seemed to carry very easily between our rooms (we did eventually ask them to keep it down), and the mattress didn't agree with my husband's back (it was fine for mine). Also, we wished that the hotel offered a breakfast!
