„This property was nice for rich people but there was nowhere to eat that wasn’t going to cost $75/person. There wasn’t a pool. There wasn’t continental breakfast. The area surrounding the hotel would have been beautiful if there hadn’t been 5 tornados touch down 3 days before our arrival. As it was, most places were closed or operating on minimal services. There was no cable the whole time we were there. All of that said, this is not the type of hotel I would have chosen but when nothing else is ...

„When we arrived at BW in Eureka Springs, there was no power in the city due to storms and tornadoes. Pam at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, despite the stress of no electricity. She led us to our room with a flashlight, and opened our room with her management key, just reminding us to check in next morning to receive our own keys. Couldn't believe she was still so calm and hospitable amidst the weather crisis.“
