Bonjour. Nous apprécions que vous ayez pris le temps de poster quelques commentaires concernant votre séjour à l'auberge, nous apprécions les opinions de tous nos clients. Des serviettes neuve sont disponibles à l'achat à la réception et les clients gardent la serviette par la suite. Les serviettes sont cependant incluses et gratuites pour tous les clients séjournant dans des chambres privées. Il y a des distributeurs de savon pour les mains dans toutes les chambres, mais les clients sont tenus de fournir tous les autres articles de toilette dont ils pourraient avoir besoin. Nous demandons aux clients de payer un dépôt de garantie de 3 euros à l'arrivée, qui sera remboursé aux clients une fois la clé restituée au moment du départ. Hi. We are sorry to read that there was a problem during your stay. Safety and security is our top priority so there are CCTV cameras in all the common spaces. The entrance to the hostel and the hostel rooms can only be opened with a valid guests electronic key card. There is a 24 hour reception at the hostel so there are always staff available to help our guests and there is a night security working throughout the night behind reception to ensure the safety of our guests. The night security are contunually monitoring the video from the cameras in all the common spaces. There are lockers in all the dormitory rooms so guests can store their belongings safely.

There are many facilities available for guests to use like the kitchen, the gym and gym shower area, the TV and lounge area, the computer area and the free table tennis room. Guests arriving early are welcome to use the free luggage storage and make use of all the hostel facilities; Have a great day!

Brand new towels are available to buy from reception for guests staying in the dormitories and guests keep the towels. For guests staying in the private rooms towels are free and included in the room price. Have a great day!

Hi. We are sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with your stay. The room prices change during the year according to the period. So the rooms rates in the hostel are higher during the busy summer period than in the less busy winter time.

Bonjour. Merci d'avoir pris le temps d'écrire votre avis sur l'auberge et votre séjour. Il semble que dans l'ensemble vous ayez apprécié votre séjour chez nous. Il n'est pas normal que le sol soit collant et nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée. Normalement, toutes les chambres sont soigneusement nettoyées avant l’arrivée de nouveaux clients, il ne devrait donc pas y avoir de problème. Passe une bonne journée!
