Leider haben wir nicht die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie erhalten. Es sollte ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick sein und wir bekamen ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof, 6. Stock, direkt über den Lüftungsanlagen. Es war in der Nacht entsprechend laut. Die Aussicht war gleich Null, zu allen Seiten nur der Ausblick auf die Wände der anderen Gebäudeteile. Zur Sauberkeit: Der Fliesenboden im Eingangsbereich und Bad klebte, der Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer war mäßig gesaugt. Auf den Fliesen am Eingang klebte ein alter Kaugummi, einfach nur eklig!! Das Badezimmer war alt und das Zimmer insgesamt abgewohnt. Überall war igendwas kaputt, die Fußleisten, die Rollos, etc. Der Hotel-Parkplatz auf der anderen Straßenseite (!) wird mit 40 CAD berechnet, in der näheren Umgebung gibts die wesentlich günstiger! Im Flur des 6. Stocks fehlte sogar Tapete an den Wänden. Ich kann das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, es ist das Geld nicht wert!

It was not bad for the price but I'll break this down in a pros and cons Pros -great price -comfortable beds -was able to do an extended checkout -staff was extremely nice and helpful -great location, excellent Mexican restaurant across the street -room was clean -connected to the casino Cons -shower leaked -Netflix did not work on the tv -room I reserved had 2 large windows, one I got had 1 -pool and exercise room key doesn't work unless you get it activated(they won't do it automatically) -$14 for a Gatorade in the lobby - vending machines on each floor only take tokens, no idea how to even get a token -parking is $50 on location, $35 across the street

Just liked my room nothing else. Need improvement in customer service. Reception staff needs to know how to talk with customers one particular guy was very rude. We needed to get some maintenance done in the room. We called room services, they didnt picked up. We were going out, so thought let the staff at concierge know we need this kind of maintenance. That indian/pakistani male staff asked us to go to our room and wait for maintenance staff. We let him know, we are going out and its urgent. He said no, go to your room, maintainence guy is coming. Like they should work on guest's convenience and not us working on their staff's convenience. Please educate your staff on customer service and how to talk with customers. Not coming here again and not going to recommend this place to anyone.

Good service at reception. Room is very basic. For approx $300 (expedia discounted price), i would expect some basics, such as shower cap, slippers, robe, etc. I was excited when the c9nceirge mentioned that food and drinks in the room is complementary. There's just water. And I believe coffee. I am here to take in a show and celebrate my birthday. I guess I was hoping for something luxurious... some complementary treats would have been nice

Good area close to everything but I wish they'd provide a transportation like the other hotels do the water showers and bath was a little cool wasn't too warm. Good value I kind of wish they provided breakfast vouchers

For being a Wyndham in a decent area, we were somewhat disappointed with our room. It was older and out dated, we were on the 7th floor and could still hear traffic. The closet doors were plywood, stained, and hard to open. No handle just a cut out. The phone did not work when we arrived as well as the toilet wouldn't flush. The Television, when turned on, would keep turning itself off. After playing with the remote (each time we turned the set on), then the television would stay on. We got to the point where we left it on all the time. Our elevator was letter "C" in a back hallway with extremely small signage. We had to ask were it was. All in all, the area outside and around the property was lovely. Since it is on a hill, walking down to see the falls was good...walking up, well....... Would stay there again.

Parking was $35 (across a busy intersection) or $70, which apparently had to be reserved in advance because every spot was full or blocked off with cones. Restaurants at the hotel had no options within my dietary restrictions. Ice machine was broken and flooded for my entire stay. In-room jacuzzi had a broken stopper so we had to stuff washcloths down there to fill the tub, which took 45 minutes with the low water pressure. Arcade had a $15 facility fee per person, plus the cost of the games. A $600 stay turned into $900. Outrageous! Will never be back.

Nice, new, well maintained hotel. Clean and quiet. My only issue was that my card would not open the pool/spa door so I just gave up and didn't use it. Also, it is not an easy walk from this hotel, or any of the other hotels in the vicinity, to the falls due to the presence of the casino. You have to take a long circuitous walk around the casino to get down to the falls. There's a direct path down the street that goes to the Behind the Falls office. But that was blocked off. The hotels along this avenue need to band together and open up another access point to the falls. It could be an easy 5 minute walk. Instead walking all the way around the casino is 15-20 minutes. Each way.

The room was not very clean. It was old and didn’t even have proper curtains. The building is very dated and seems dirty. There is no valet parking, for $50 there should definitely be valet.The location is good and that’s the only good thing about this hotel.

This is a great and very convenient place if you want to explore around and see the horseshoe falls at an affordable price. It is near a casino, restaurants inside and around the hotel, trails, and shopping mall. The only thing that got me was the parking is not free. You pay extra if you want to park insite. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay. Also, the receptionist is very helpful! Ms. Daoni went above and beyond! Really appreciate her

everything was awesome! loved the jetted tub and the beds are so cozy. one major downside for us was the shower. The door did not close so water sprayed out onto the floor and the water was luke warm at its hottest. great stay otherwise!

We were in an accessible room and the telephone didn’t work. The staff at the front desk was so misinformed. The vending machine on our floor didn’t work, there was no sign on it. We had to go all the way to the lobby from our tower 3 times to get tokens for vending machines because the front desk staff gave us incorrect information about which floor the vending machine would work. In the end we had to walk all the way to another tower to get to the working vending machine. The temperature control system in the room is so bad, it turns on to either too cold and then turned off to make the room hot, all of us had stuffy noses the next day. While we were there our elevator also got stuck and the door wouldn’t open. Luckily upon trying a couple of times, the doors opened themselves but it’s clear they need maintenance. The location of the hotel is great, and they give you coupons for nearby attractions & restaurants. But honestly, it wasn’t a hotel I’d be returning to again. Go with Marriot!
