Great stay
Amazing view of both waterfalls and Clifton hill from the room (2 queens with Juliet balcony). Loved that the balcony door opened and we could peek out. Fireplace was an added bonus. We could hear the street noise through the balcony door at night, as the windows are older but the rest of the renovations were well done. Very comfortable beds.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit perfekter Lage an den Wasserfällen. Ausblick auf die US Fälle und Teile der kanadischen Wasserfälle war atemberaubend. Hotel liegt an einer der Amüsiermeilen, ideal für Familien. Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich. Pool ist nicht der jüngste jedoch völlig okay.

Zum Empfehlen
Ich hatte eine Zimmer auf den 19 Stockwerk mit Sicht auf die Amerikanische Falls. Das Zimmer war schön gross und sauber. Jeden Tag 2 Flasche Wasser inklusive plus Go Green choice , entweder Zimmerreinigung oder 5$ Starbucks gutschein pro Person/Tag. Dazu noch ein paar Gutscheine für die Region. Das Front Desk Team war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wegen Covid kann man nach dem Check Out leider seine Koffer nicht an dem Front Desk lassen was gut gewesen wäre da ich 3h auf mein Transfer warten musste.

Over all good spot. They need to clean the public bathrooms in the lobby better. Check in was a bit of craziness, but staff overall was good.

Terrible hotel. I've been to Niagara Falls many times, this was my first and last time staying here. Our room had no window and looked into a conference room. The fire alarm went off at 6 am for 30 mins. There are many better hotels to stay in.

Did have to ask to change the linen, standard room no windows so please keep in mind. Ended up having to upgrade because we needed to have windows otherwise it would drive us insane. Got a partial view of falls and had a clear view up Clifton Hill.

Started out horrible with our room right on same wall as elevator. Asked to be moved, but couldn’t When the staff at the spa was made aware, they made a phone call and we had a much better sleeping experience the second night of our stay not hearing the elevator every few minutes

Everything around the property is convenient, easily assessable. I was I floor above the gym, which was great, unfortunately I was very disappointment with my view, it was a hallway. I spoke to front desk and I was told "I didn't ask for a view". I didn't know that was a possibilty. I've been to this hotel many times over the years, never have I experienced this. No heads up when checking in. FYI, I now know vampires can be accommodated to.

I wish when I arrived I would’ve been able to stay at the property earlier, but you were all booked and I’m glad I got to spend my last two days with you. I loved my room. It was amazing just to see the waterfalls outside the window off the balcony, and it was so much easier for me to walk around the corner than having to drive when I stay on the other side my next vacation will be with You again I’m hoping to come back less than a month from now and we will be coming to stay there for sure. Was a beautiful stay with a perfect view. The only problem I had was that there was no microwave in the room. I had a baby and needed warm bottles and the microwave was all the way at the and of the hall from me. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Over all, our family enjoyed the stay! Only minus, the buffet timing. Hotels tells you one time and the restaurant tells otherwise. We were told buffet is open till 9 and went 8:25. Restaurant refused to serve us and was told last seating is at 8:30 and the kitchen staff closed. Which didn’t make sense. Because we’re there before the last minute seating and hotel staffs told us it will serving dinner till 9. That needs to addressed properly to guest. We ended up eating at Starbucks in the lobby. We could’ve eaten outside but with little kids that wasn’t our option.
