Kanada rund um Toronto
Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Ausrichtung auf den Fluss was uns einen Wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang ermöglicht hat. Die Zimmer waren gross und gut ausgestattet. Der Flur war etwas schmutzig... es waren aber auch Grossfamilien mit Kleinkindern unterwegs... Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und gut. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir etwas Schwierigkeiten zwei Zimmer nebeneinander zu bekommen - ein Zimmer hatte ein Badewanneproblem so bekamen wir dann doch zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür! Inklusive Prima-Ausstatung.

Liked the Falls view from the room and the proximity to everything. Liked the complimentary drinks on arrival. Did not like that there is no microwave in the room. The person who checked us in on arrival is not customer focused. Check out person on day of departure are friendly.

Room was not clean, rather it housed four gigantic spiders which were found crawling around. We called reception and told them to help us somehow but they didn’t have any set protocol for these kinds of situation. Not even a bug spray in hand?? We mentioned this at the end too when we were leaving so they are aware of the conditions of the room we were in, but they kept putting us off and ignoring the topic. ON TOP OF THAT, self parking is off site which should have been mentioned somewhere in the info page. The walk to the car and back is too far and is very tiring to do after a long day of activities. Also what is the point of paying $40 (PLUS other fees) if they are going to mention that they are not liable if something were to happen to my car. Am I to stay worried that their parking lot may not be safe? Since the off site parking lot was an open space that freaked me out even more. The only reason I am giving 2 star for the room is because it was spacy and the bathroom was nice. But the furniture was really old and not clean. The room view wasn’t bad but the windows make it hard to see. Lastly the AC in the room was not the best it was really hot. Overall the experience was not worth however much I had to pay :/

Our room situation was very frustrating. I paid for a room with a view of the Falls and they stuck us in a corner room where you could see the edge of the Falls and that's it. They offered to move us into a Falls view room the next night but we would have had to pack up and switch rooms, which is not very convenient so we stayed where we were. The room was also super hot and the temperature controls didn't seem to work very well and there was one vent in the room, not facing the bed. Also the elevator situation was frustrating as they have one set of buttons for six elevators and two of them don't go above Floor 18 which we were. So you have to wait for other elevators to close before summoning another. As a pro, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Tip: Expect to pay 60 CAD for valet parking plus tax each night, Self parking which is the hotel parking a hike away from hotel to be 40 CAD a day. The have a breakfast buffet 30 CAD per person. The IHOP next door is very, very expensive 35 CAD for pancakes, eggs and a meat. However we enjoyed our stay and will recommend.

We had a room with a view of the falls and it was one of the highlights of the trip. We also had a separate couch area that was nice with traveling with our recently home from college child. Excellent view, great service. Walkable to many things. Right above the tram that will take you to the Niagara falls park entry. Nice smooth elevators. Morton's was enjoyable, room service was great and Starbucks is located in the lobby. Great location!

Bar area needs new furnishing. Chairs are shot and tables of chips in most of them. Our room wasn't ready until 5:30pm on what was supposed to be a noon check in. Brutal!

Beautiful property and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was, but room service was delicious. Easy walk to the falls and beautiful views.

We tried to check-in but were told they ran out of rooms due to a maintenance issue. All the other Marriott properties in the area were fully booked so they refunded our money and suggested a different hotel instead.

I did not like the way the room was perceived on Expedia as if it was the falls view. The hotel was clean but dated. I did not like the fact that ants started to come in my room and when I asked for it to be clean they sent someone up to clean but she only made the bed and did nothing about the ants. I did like that Morton’s steak house was in the hotel. I also liked the gift shop ladies who was very friendly. The rest of the hotel staff was mediocre.
