Tolle Unterkunft mit Blick auf beide Wasserfälle.
Vom Checkin über das Zimmer bis hin zum Checkout war alles sehr sehr positiv. Tolles Zimmer in der 26. Etage mit Blick auf beide Wasserfälle.

Das Zimmer war OK , allerdings hätten wir eine bessere Aussicht auf die Niagarafälle erwartet. Auch gab es Probleme mit der Warmwasserzufuhr , Sodas bei uns nur gelbes Wasser für den Whirlpool aus dem Wasserhahn kam. Die Parkgebühren sind nicht angemessen 35 $ für einen Aussenparkplatz. Nebenbei wurden Parkplätze für 10 $ angeboten

Toller Ausblick auf die Wasserfälle
Das Hilton Niagara Falls liegt am Fallsview Boulevard keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß von den Wasserfällen. Die Einfahrt ist am Gebäude gut ausgeschildert, man wird direkt vom Parkplatzwächter in Empfang genommen. Ich habe mich aufgrund der Regens an dem Tag für einen Parkplatz im Gebäude entschieden, der allerdings pro Nacht mit 50 CAD zzgl. ca. 25% Steuern zu Buche schlägt. Fair dabei: Man kann bis 16 Uhr am Abreisetag in der Parkgarage stehen bleiben. Der Check-In dauerte etwas, da ich zu einem ungünstigen Moment angekommen bin. Dann ging es mit dem Fahrstuhl rund eine Minute aufwärts. Ich hatte eine der Premium View Suiten gebucht mit Blick auf beide Wasserfälle. Die Suite hat zwei Schlafzimmer, wobei das hintere der beiden einen tollen Blick auf die Wasserfälle hatte. Sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts ist es beeindruckend, einfach nur auf dem Sofa zu sitzen und den Ausblick zu genießen. Der Aufpreis dafür hat sich wirklich gelohnt. (Tipp: Möglichst nicht das Wochenende buchen, sondern z.B. Sonntag bis Dienstag, dann sind die Preise auch bezahlbar). Allerdings war der Blick zum Wasserfall zeitweise durch Nebel/Wolken eingeschränkt, bei Sonnenschein jedoch das Highlight. Die Sauberkeit war einem Hilton angemessen, leider kein Zimmerservice bei Aufenthalt unter 5 Nächten wegen Corona. Frühstück im Restaurant war gut, wer mag kann auch eine Kleinigkeit beim hauseigenen Starbucks zu sich nehmen. Ansonsten gibt es auch diverse Restaurants in direkter Umgebung.

Wir erhielten nach der ersten Nacht ein Upgrade mit Blick auf die Niagarafälle im 26. Stock - großartig! Leider kein Housekeeping und kein Pool- oder Gym-Betrieb, und leider gab es auch keine Info dazu, so dass ich morgens um 5 Uhr auf der Suche nach dem Fitnessraum im Hotel umhergeirrt bin. Fehlende tägliche Reinigung macht sich auch im Sauberkeitsniveau bemerkbar.

Overall property was nice & location was perfect. However hotel staff could be more courteous & careful. -Bath room was not refilled with shampoo & soap. -Also, we booked room for 4 and there were not enough blankets. When asked on the front desk, we were told to call the room services as they won’t know about the number of people in room since the booking was made via 3rd party website. Really, din’t they knew at the time of check-in. In short we were tired of excuses and also the manager didn’t revert back after providing the feedback.

When we came to the room, it smelled chips as if someone just checked out. I got a sore throat the same night. Cleaning service is aweful! I asked for a new bed blanket, but they give me a material that you can never use for sleeping since it was so itchy! I am never ever coming here!

The hotel was clean and a great location. It was raining when we went so the walking path to the casino was wonderful. The only downside was they didn’t have any parking available on site and offsite parking was $50, Which in my opinion is on the high side.

My family had a great experience overall staying at this hotel. Loved the view of the Niagara Falls from our window. Check in and out were very simple and quick. The shuttle to the parking lot was very convenient and the drivers were all nice. The only downside for us personally was the housekeeping during our stay. The trashes weren’t rotated out, the beds weren’t made every morning for us and they never restocked our toilet paper. The only thing we felt like they did was give us new towels. Other than that it’s a beautiful hotel with great staff and atmosphere.

The staff are exceptional. Hands down helpful to all your questions. The view from our room to see the falls and the surrounding area are lovely and picture perfect The rooms are clean and well kept. I remove 1 star because of the shower pressure. It might be that the hotel are full of guest or they just control the pressure. The water pressure on the shower is too low. Otherwise everything is good.

My husband and I did a quick trip to Niagara Falls. The hotel is the perfect location. We had a beautiful room with a view. We enjoyed the restaurant out front with the live music. So nice to be able to relax and then just go upstairs. The staff were all so friendly. Linus at the parking and Christine at the front desk were so nice. The concierge I think her name was Christine too got us tickets for the zipline. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice view of falls and fireworks. Carpets smell dingy and old causing my asthma to activate. Otherwise everything was ok.

Booked 3 rooms for my family, we have 3 kids who was excited to go and have fun especially in the pool area to find out that to use the pool you have to book it in advance and when we tried to book a reservation for the pool it was booked and fully booked for the time we staying in and we end it not having any time at the pool. For me personally I don’t mind but my kids were so upset and had no fun at all during the trip. Rooms is about average, 1 of the rooms had a broken AC but maintenance fixed that. Other room was missing a remote for the TV but we didn’t care as we were already at the point that we just wanted to pass the night and go home. Digital check in process is another nightmare. Will never book at that hotel ever again and definitely wouldn’t recommend for any family.
