Das Abendessen war leider sehr eintönig, da nur eins der vier Restaurants geöffnet hatte. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

I don’t like the way the hotel handle luggage: 1) I was waiting for the shuttle bus in the heat on the afternoon 2 May at the cable car station. In more than 20 minutes there were 5 shuttle bus went by but not stop to pick up passengers. They were prioritizing picking up luggages at the ferry terminal. Are you in the hospitality business or hauling business? 2) when checking out with my luggage rather than ship them ahead. There were no support at the boat terminal on both sides. I am 60 yrs old and had to self serve 50 kilos not having access to a luggage cart. Not pleasant. Dining room services with screaming children and parents is not pleasant. You have several dining areas, why cant you have one for adult only?

I planned a trip from the US to Vietnam to propose to my gf. When we got there my mom got pulled aside by a staff member and scammed her out of over $100. I paid for a room and paid the extra fee for the extra person already but they told her she needed to pay it. When I found out I went to go talk to the front desk and they said they can’t do anything about it and I needed to talk to Expedia. I chatted with Expedia and they said they talked to the front desk and I needed to go back there and talk to them. I went there and they said they can’t refund me but they’ll give me a credit. We didn’t want to waste it so I just used it for VinWonder, which was not part of our plan, and it was boring and dead so we left after only 2 hours. It was also a waste of a short time we had there.

Disappointed Stay
We were looking forward to staying here, but the overall stay was disappointing and frustrating. Although the facilities and location are nice, the stay was not good value for money - the room was dirty on arrival, the water was cold, the hairdryer broken, and the luggage nearly an hour late - this all made arrival surprisingly bad. There were no amenities or welcome items to the room. I shared this with management and responses to sort this out were late and could have been dealt with faster. As you walk around the resort, you can see cups and glasses from the previous night haven't been picked up. The beach could also be cleaned. I felt this embodied the overall management for the resort, with little attention to detail to make the stay feel special.

공항 픽업부터 드랍까지 숙소와 관련된 모든 것이 완벽했고 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 버기를 부르면 10분이내로 온다고 안내해주는데 평균적으로 5분정도 걸리는 것 같았고 빈펄 골프장 클럽하우스까지도 버기로 5~10분이내로 이동 가능해서 편리했습니다. 시내이동도 보트시간 감안해서 움직인다면 큰 불편함은 없습니다.

The rooms are very spacious, but seem to waste a lot of space. For example, the kitchen looks nice, but isn't really functional. The property is very clean and well kept. The check in process took a very long time for us and we didn't receive information on amenities. The manager did get involved and try to do everything he could to make things right for us.

Great property, loads of space in the villas, good choices during the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great service. The only issue is that many of the stuff members don't speak (good) english.

가족들과 보내기에최적의 휴양지입니디.
저희 가족하고 동생네 그리고 어머니를 모시고 10명이 풀빌라에 묵었습니다. 새로지은 건물이라 시설 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 애들은 빌라에 있는 수영장에서 너무 재밌게 잘 놀았구요 골프장 잔디 상태와 운영도 잘 관리되고 있었습니다. 다만 음식 맛이 조금 떨어지는 단점이 있었지만 놀이공원이나 워터파크 등 모든 시설이 우수햤어요. 특히 저녁에 하는 테마파크 공원 공연은 절대 후회하지 않으실 겁니다.

Very clean , luxurious and opulent . Gym facilities were all brand new and well maintained. We would have liked the option to refill filtered water instead of being given new bottled water daily and contributing to unnecessary plastic use. Buffet breakfast and dinners were awesome . Very tasty and with a lot of variety to cater for all. Would have loved to have more dining options in the resort .

이번에 가족끼리 단체로 처음 풀빌라 이용했는데 넓고 좋았어요 다만.. 저희 룸 수영에 조명이 나간건지 저녁에 좀 아쉬웠네요 그리고 볼보드를 안하면 접시나 그런거도 아예 없는건지.. 시내 호텔 저렴한 곳도 작은 접시에라도 과일을 주던데.. 여긴 없네요.. 그리고 룸 서비스 음식은.. 맛이 없어요ㅠ

빈펄 디스커버리 이용기
풀빌라 이용했는데 조식이 먹을것이 없었습니다. 그 흔한 과일도 인색하고 모든 음식이 질도 좋지 않고 맛도 없었습니다. 룸서비스는 최악이었습니다. 피자랑 감자칩등 역하고 렌지에 돌린듯한 눅눅한 맛에 거의 먹지도 않고 버렸습니다. 다시는 빈펄계열에 묵지 않을 겁니다.
