Leider ist das Hotel ein Reinfall und nicht zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer und der Frühstücksraum sind zwar schön gestaltet und sauber, aber das Personal ist überfordert und es werden teilweise sehr laute Events gefeiert. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es leider gleich auf zwei Etagen (!) laute Partys, deren Bässe man sehr laut gehört hat. Wir hatten um 21:10 Uhr gebeten, dass die Musik leiser gemacht würde. Das ist leider nicht geschehen. Uns wurde aber versichert, dass die Feiern nur bis 22 Uhr gehen würden. Das stimmte leider auch nicht. Nach mehreren weiteren Beschwerden wurde uns erst um 23:30 Uhr endlich ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Die Bässe konnte man zwar immer noch hören, sie waren aber deutlich leiser. Das war alles sehr ärgerlich, denn das Hotel ist ja doch recht teuer und hat 5 Sterne. Für diejenigen, denen Lärm nichts ausmacht, ist das Hotel aber nicht schlecht. Allen anderen würde ich dringend abraten!! Ich würde dort nicht wieder hingehen.

Ein perfektes, gepflegtes Hotel mit Liebe zum Detail. Der Service war perfekt und das gesamte Personal waren sehr hilfsbereit. Der Spabereich und der Pool sind einmalig. Die Qualität vom Essen und der Getränke (Cocktails) war einwandfrei und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Der Stadtkern ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi zu erreichen.

Tolles, neues 5* Hotel mit genialer Meersicht
Dieses neue Hotel liegt direkt am Meer. Wir haben das Zimmer mit Badewanne auf dem Balkon. Absolut toll. Sowieso war das Zimmer wirklich schön mit toller Meersicht. Das Frühstücksbüffet hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Tolle Auswahl. Die Mitarbeitenden war hauptsächlich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei einzelnen merkt man noch eine Unsicherheit. Leider liegt es nicht direkt im Zentrum, dennoch haben wir in der direkten Umgebung diverse Essensmöglichkeiten gefunden. Direkt vor dem Hotel hat es leider keinen Sanstrand, dafür einen tollen, erhöhten Pool. Das Hotel bietet jedoch einen Transport an den Hotelstrand an, den wir jedoch nicht benutzt haben. Empfehlenswert ist auch der Besuch der Bar auf dem Dach.....

The manager was so nice. Once she knew that I had VIP access, she upgraded my room so that I could have the best experience with the hotel. They also let me check out late since my drive came late. I definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Nha Trang next time.

Could be good - but needs lots of work & new staff
The hotel itself is about 7kms away from the town, and the beach they have is about 2kms by shuttle. The hotel has some amazing facilities but it's starting to show its age. The rooms are clean, but quite dated now, with lots of dark wood. The views are amazing if you have an ocean view room. The reception staff are less than helpful. Especially considering that the hotel was not even half full. We had an issue with our room and the staff said they would move us. But moved us to a worse room, with less of a view as it was on a lower floor and looked out to another hotel. I am a gold hotels.com customer and one of the perks at this hotel was a free room upgrade, subject to availability. I explained this to the staff who said that there was no availability. When I showed them online that there was availability for EVERY type of room in the hotel, I was begrudgingly upgraded. Another perk that came with booking through expedia/hotels.com was the 1,000,000 VND towards drinks and food during our stay. Again the hotel refused to honour this, giving us a voucher to be used in a restaurant that they had closed (due to lack of hotel guests) then offered us another menu, which they had only around 20% of the dishes - with no meat options. The reception staff again were very unhelpful. I never did get the money towards food & drinks like I was promised. Breakfast had a wide selection of food, however everything was very bland with no real flavour. Stay elsewhere

The property is great, the staff not so much. We were not greeted with any enthusiasm or efficiency and this was generally the case throughout our stay. This would be a 5/5 if the staff were more pleasant. Otherwise the pool and skybar was really nice and sort of made up for the staff.

Stayed for 4 nights. Booked deluxe room, but they upgraded me to suite, not sure if it's cause of the non peak season or cause of the hubs bday and anniversary. Quick check in, and the staffs were superb. Facilities are all good, infinity pool was great with nice view.

PERFECT!!
What a nice hotel! We would definately return if we go back to Nha Trang. Pool was perfect, breakfast was exellent, service was good from every single person. We had a room with PERFECT view to the ocean/mountains. You should take the room with bathtub in the balcony!

가격대비 괜찮습니다. 오션뷰가 좋았고, 중심가에서 조금 벗어나있어서 비교적 조용합니다. 조식은 무난했지만 쥬스가 너무 밋밋했습니다. 개선이 필요할것같은 정도로 맛이 없어요.. 서비스도 나쁘지 않은편입니다. 체크인할 때 여직원이 조금 불친절했지만 나머지 직원분들은 친절한 편이었습니다. 가격대비 시설이나 위치가 좋다는 것 빼고는 특별한 장점은 없는것 같습니다. 딱히 큰 단점도 없기 때문에 큰 기대 안하면 만족스러울 호텔입니다.

Maybe I was unlucky this time, but some of them are way out of my expectation to 5-star hotel. Here's my experience during the stay in Vietnamese Tet (Lunar new year) holiday. 이번에는 제가 별로 운이 좋지 못했을 수도 있지만 일부는 제가 5성급 호텔에 기대했던 바와 너무도 달랐네요. 베트남의 명절인 구정, Tet 기간에 방문하고 경험한 내용을 적어봅니다. Tal vez no tenia mucho suerte, pero algos son nada que me esperaria a hotel de 5 estrellas. Aquí está mi experiencia durante la estancia en vacaciones vietnamitas Tet (año nuevo lunar). Good-side 좋은점 Buenos - Friendly doorman and reception, Chief Manager was a good listner - 도어맨, 리셉션이 친절했고, 총매니저가 이야기를 잘 들어주었습니다. - El portero, la recepción fue amable, el gerente general fue un buen oyente y el gerente general escuchó la historia. - Air conditioning was good in everyplace. - 전반적으로 에어컨이 잘 되어있어 쾌적했습니다. - El aire acondicionado era bueno en todos lados. - Bright and very nice view of ocean and coasts in every service floors. - luminosa y muy bonita vistas del océano y las costas en todos los pisos de servicios. - 밝고 좋은 오션뷰, 해안뷰가 모든 서비스층에 있습니다. - Nice perfume in Lobby. - 로비 방문시에 좋은 향기가 납니다. - Buen perfume en el lobby. - Food was still tasty in GuangDong Restaurant even following things happened. - 광동레스토랑은 아래와 같은 문제가 있었어도 맛은 꽤 괜찮았습니다. - La comida todavía era sabrosa en el restaurante GuangDong, incluso después de que sucedieron cosas. - Beach provides towels and sunbeds for free. - 해변에 가면 타올을 인원수대로 무료로 제공합니다. - Playa proporciona toallas y tumbonas a gratis - Many good restaurants near by, about 5-10 min

숙소가 깨끗하고 수영장 시설도 멋있습니다. 특히 조식이 매우 훌륭하였습니다. 조식 레스토랑의 경치도 너무 멋졌구요. 하지만 스위트룸에 3인 예약을 하고 추가인원 비용까지 지불했는데, 호텔측에서 제공한 간이침대가 흔들리고 중간부분이 휘청거려 사용할 수가 없었습니다. 호텔에 요청해 다른 간이침대로 바꾸었으나 상태는 마찬가지였습니다. 어쩔 수 없이 한 명은 소파에서 잠을 잘수밖에 없었습니다ㅠㅠ 스위트룸을 예약해놓고도 말이죠. 하지만 호텔측에서는 이 문제에 대해 어떤 책임도 지지 않았습니다.
