Das Hotel eine gute Lage. Es ist sauber. Was ich schade finde für das WLAN möchte das Hotel 79Dollar für 7tage Auch für das Frühstück als Buffet sind wir bei 52 Dollar pro Person für die Auswahl viel zu viel Geld.

5 min. to walk Grant Central Station to use the Subway to Downtown Manhatten. Hotel was really quiet, with an fantastic service. Best Hotel in New York for that price

Sehr zentral gelegenes, solides Top Hotel. Dank Schallschutzfenstern (lassen sich auch öffnen) ebenso ruhiges Hotel. Restaurant und Bar öffnen erst ab 11.04.23 wieder. Großzügige Zimmer, sehr saubere Bäder mit guter Ausstattung und flauschigen Bade/-Handtüchern. Alle Mitarbeiter sind äusserst freundlich und leben das japanische Understatement. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich habe 4 Nachte bezahlt , geblieben bin ich 3 . Heute haben sie wiedermal 150 USD dollar von meiner Karte genommen . Habe angerufen gerade und die unfreundliche Dame am Tel kann mir nicht sagen Warum und war sehr gemein . Sie haben 1 Nacht zuviel kassiert , was kein Problem ist aber dass sie MEINE Kreditkarte missbrauchen ist ein Problem . Die Damen an der Rezeption waren unmoglich .

I love this hotel in all aspects. The best hotel I have ever stayed in New York. It’s very clean, friendly staff and very convenient to go around the city because Grand Central Station is only 5 minutes walk. The rooftop lounge bar has the best view of the Empire State Building especially at night.

L'hôtel est tout sauf calme, tous les jours dès 6h45 nous avons été réveillés par les aller-retours du personnel d'entretien, des portes qui claquent fort et ce malgré des bouchons anti-bruit. Les chasses d'eau s'entendent d'une chambre à l'autre. La première nuit, la climatisation éteinte faisait un bruit horrible, un agent technique a dû passer la réparer. Aucun repos. Le système de douche est tellement vétuste qu'il faut quelques minutes avant de comprendre comment actionner la douche, et l'eau chaude qui met parfois plusieurs minutes avant d'arriver. Très déçu

There are many lovely extras like fresh sheets, but a toilet lovely linens. Staff was great. Only bummer was that there was no Wi-Fi without paying and the rooftop bar was closed on Sunday night.

Loved the Toto toilet with the heated seat and other water features. I was dismayed that there was no free Internet. It was $10 an hour. Not helpful when one has to work on vacation!

For a breakfast buffet, I would like to have more Japanese food. Also open for casual dinner instead of lunch. Perhaps need to replace mattress and light comforter with duvet instead of heavy sheets. Otherwise everyone is kind and practical and prompt. We will be back for sure.

The Prince Kitano has wonderful service and a gorgeous rooftop view of the Empire State Building. The double Queen room I stayed in was comfortable. We did have an issue with our toilet making loud noises but the staff took care of it. Would love to stay here again.

The property is lovely. The doormen, the front desk, everyone there are focused on the guest and service. We arrived a little early, but the desk attendant did, indeed, find a room for us. The room was a two-bed so space was somewhat tight, but still very nicely appointed with all the comforts one might look for. Very conveniently located to attractions, shopping, dining, and mass transit. This property was perfect for a weekend stay in the City.

What a lovely find in the chaos of New York! The Kitano hotel is charming and elegant. Service is flawless from the doorman to the reception . The room is spacious (for New York) and very nice. Will definitely stay again
