Das Zimmer (2 Queen Size Betten) war eine Unverschämtheit für den Preis den wir zahlen mussten. 3 Tage mit 2 Kindern in dem kleinsten Hotelzimmer das ich je gesehen habe. Und ich habe einige gesehen. Kein Platz für die Koffer und im Mini Bad konnte immer nur eine Person sein. Auch als ich mich an der Rezeption beschwert habe, hieß es nur es seien keine anderen Zimmer frei. Ich nenne das Abzocke, da es der Rezeption schlicht egal war und ich nach meiner freundlichen Nachfrage von der Rezeption in den Tagen danach ignoriert wurde. Meine Bewertung Personal bezieht sich nur auf die Rezeption. Alle anderen, insbesondere das Team Frühstück, waren sehr nett.

We're so sorry to hear that you faced some inconveniences during your stay. We do have other categories in this property that could accommodate your family better so I highly recommend calling the hotel prior to your arrival to see if the room can accommodate your needs. Unfortunately, for the days that you stayed at the hotel, we didn't have any other rooms available to accommodate your entire family as we were at max occupancy on those dates. Overall, a very good choice for the neighborhood and price. Staff and service EXCELLENT. Dining options in hotel, and within a few blocks - EXCELLENT. Continental (full!) breakfast included - EXCELLENT. Queen size bed, lovely Frette sheets and towels. Nice "rainshower" shower head, very good water pressure. Overall, hotel very clean, but short of pristine. Probably time for a deep clean of molding and trim, carpeting, telephones. Handicap accessible room was very small with only a night table doubling as a tiny desk with one shallow (4-inches deep) drawer. Closet cut in half to accommodate mini-frig, so not able to hang a dress (used the shower rod). Doorways wide enough and bathroom large enough for handicap accessible, but just a regular tub (impossible for handicapped), not a walk-in shower (which is pictured for some rooms on the website). My room was very quiet (located side of building at alley way), but very small window, zero sunlight and drafty, alleyway view. Stayed a week; fine for my single person, business trip needs. Two persons in that room would be difficult. I would certainly go back.

Small room, but great value
The rooms here are tiny, so be prepared. But the room was very clean, and comfortable. And the bathroom was very nice. The hotel is pretty, in a great location, and right above a subway. And the price is perfect. I had a small issue with the heater being very noisy, but honestly I discovered it too late for the hotel to even offer a solution. Overall, a great stay for me.

Old hotel but completely renovated inside. Room small but bathroom new. Quietest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. No water pipe noise, outside noise, hall noise. Free delicious breakfast in restaurant attached. Close to World Trade Center.

Room is a bit small but pretty cozy, the only thing is that my room is on 2nd floor so the outside noises is very loud, you can just hear cars or truck driving by.

This is our third time staying at this hotel. It’s gorgeous and in a great neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff at the front desk are always very receptive and helpful The breakfast that was included was a huge disappointment.. they were out of everything, no eggs, no creamer, no fruit, no croissants … it was a 20 minute wait to get the creamer refill… and we ended up having to go to the restaurant down the block (Pan Quitioden) The walls are absolutely thin so bring a white noise machine for the evening.

Room was small, but clean and bed comfortable. Fridge had to be provided on my request, not really room for it. I have no complain. Breakfast provided extensive. Great neighborhood and convenient to much. Would have liked more Light and space.
