Unser Zimmer sollte um 16 Uhr fertig sein zum Bezug! Um 18.45 Uhr durften wir erst ins Zimmer!!! Nach so einer langen Anreise! Unverschämt! Es kam kaum Wasser aus der Dusche! Kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer! Minibar nicht befüllt! Ein Tag wurde die Zimmer Reinigung vergessen!

Ein super Hotel in bester Lage am Time Square. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, die Zimmer waren groß und es gab immer 2 Wasserflaschen Gratis für jeden im Zimmer. Gut isolierte Zimmer, sodass trotz Großstadt und gut besuchtem Time Square bis gut 2Uhr frühs, fast nix zu hören war. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer auf unterschiedlichen Etagen mit 3 Übernachtungen. Alles vom Empfang, Hauskeeping und Checkout der weniger als 1min dauerte war alles mega. Wenn ich mal wieder New York besuchen werde, ist dieses Hotel meine absolute 1. Wahl.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig, man hat sich gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super man geht wirklich nur eine Minute zum Times Square. Auch die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Das Hotel kann man weiterempfehlen

Nach einem Upgrade hatten wir einen wundervollen Blick auf den Times Sqare . Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Bar zehn Stockwerke über uns und ganz New York war wesentlichen fußläufig zu erreichen. Unser Musical Abend fand nur 300 m vom Hotel entfernt statt (König der Löwen). Sie würden hier immer wieder herkommen, wenn wir in New York sind, weil alle Vorteile auf der Hand liegen. der Shop und das Frühstücksangebot sind okay, wesentlichen sehr teuer. Alternativen in der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche. Wir werden diesen Aufenthalt in bester Erinnerung behalten.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar und die Aussicht im 47. Stock war toll. Die Aussicht der Rooftop Bar im 54. Stock ist grandios. Das Zimmer wurde bei 8 Nächte nie gewischt und man bekam für 4 Personen ein kleines Duschbad und Shampoo.

Personal nicht besonders hilfreich, selbst Reservierungen für die Bar soll man selbst machen. Bad ist ziemlich klein und keine Ablagefläche. Mehrpreis für Zimmer mit Aussicht kann man sich sparen wenn man eh ein Zimmer auf der falsch Seite bekommt. Aussicht auf Baustelle.

We stay in Hyatt (and other hotels around the world). The view was amazing but the staff on the first floor was lacking in customer support. We asked a simple question like what do you recommend and what's in the building infront of us and we got a "I don't know" 3nd of conversation. The bar had a great view but service was slow and they never came back to ask if we wanted 2nds so we left. For the price of a simple drink you would think that service would be great...

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Centric in New York City and had a somewhat mixed experience. The hotel itself boasts a prime location, perfect for exploring the city. However, several issues during my stay marred the overall experience somewhat. Upon checking in, I was taken aback by additional charges that had not been mentioned during the booking process. This lack of transparency in pricing was disappointing, and I think all potential guests should be aware of this before booking. Noise was another significant concern. The bustling sounds of the city are to be expected in NYC, but the noise within the hotel was surprising. The walls seemed thin, and I could hear noises from the hallways and adjacent rooms quite clearly. For those sensitive to noise, this might be a considerable drawback. Additionally, while the central location is great for daytime exploration, venturing out in the evening proved to be uncomfortable at times. I encountered several aggressive individuals right outside the hotel, which made returning there at night a bit daunting. On the positive side, the hotel staff was courteous and helpful, doing their best to address any concerns. The rooms, although impacted by noise, were clean and well-maintained.

It was exactly in the right place for everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was fantastic. Eve on the day shift helped us locate a wonderful place for a small birthday party for our brother-in-law. Made reservations and even surprised us with a special desert for the birthday party. No hotel, in all our years of traveling (50 ), have ever gone that far to insure guests had everything they needed for a fantastic visit. If we ever go back to NYC we will look forward to staying there again. If it was not for NYC's age, it would have been all 5's.

Good hotel near Times Square. Not far from Broadway, Grand Central, and subway stations. Decent size rooms and bathroom. Good customer service. I’m not sure if the hotel is trying to save energy, but the air conditioner would randomly turn on and off. This was particularly annoying at night because it would get warm and hard for me to sleep. It would be warm sometimes when we came in the room after site-seeing, although we had the air set on “Hi”, it would not actually come on. An Engineer came to look at it, but it was working when he came by. Also, we had two phones in the room, but they only worked sometimes.
