Ständige laute Geräusche vom Aufzug, TV öfter mal abgestürzt. Nerviges Klappern des Lüfters im Bad. Davon abgesehen, ideal gelegen. Sehr gute Verbindungen zur ganzen Stadt. Würde nächstes mal aber ein anderes Hotel versuchen.

Was a very nice hotel which is located very central in Manhatten. You can access very quick to any places in Manhattan. Rooms are not so big but is ok. Free coffe, water and tea was awesome. Whats not so awesome is, when you need roomservice to clean your room you have to say that to the receptionist. We told them twice that we need a clean room. Both time it failed and they forgot. The day after they clean the room.

Mein Favorit für New York mit Rooftop Lounge
Das Hotel hat gleich mehrere Pluspunkte: 1. Die hervorragende Lage, nur wenige Fußminuten vom Grand Central Bahnhof entfernt, auch noch fußläufig zu St. Patrick's und Time Square. 2. Die Terrasse im 27. Stock mit einer Lounge zum Arbeiten und kostenlosem Kaffee - ideal zum Entspannen bei frischer Luft nach anstrengendem Tag. (In anderen Hotels sind dort fast immer nur teure Restaurants oder Bars mit Vorberstellung und Konsumierungszwang 3. Das gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Mein Zimmer war ausreichend geräumig, das Bett bequem. Servicepersonal zudem freundlich. Umweltfreundlich? Wie überall in den USA noch viel Einweg und Plastik...

The parking could be closer to the hotel and the place before the entrance to the hotel where you can park your car for a couple of minutes to take out the baggage is occupied all the time by cars connected to the hotel, so the guests don't have a place to leave a car for a few minutes.

The website for this Hotel is outdated. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. Therefore no room service either. Not a deal breaker for me but could be considered as misleading. The great thing is the location which is very central and easy walking to Grand Central, shopping, restaurants and Empire State Building. Great view from the 27th floor lounge. Right beside the Chrysler building. Staff were excellent, very polite, friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here! The property had a lot of great amenities including a large rooftop that we could use any time during our stay and refillable water bottles/stations on every floor. The room was quite spacious by NYC standards and the staff was very helpful and professional. We did have some issues with the thermostat and the heat kicking on when it was set to cool but other than that, had no issues during our stay.

We found check in was welcoming, fast and efficient. The room was exactly as it looked in the picture. Bed was super comfortable. The air quality was good despite not being able to open a window for fresh air. We loved going to the penthouse floor upon arrival and in the morning for coffee. The view of manhattan was superb. We will definitely return and have recommended this hotel to our friends. It is super convenient to walk to the grand central station.

Verbesserungswürdig: Personal & Service
The room was fine. There was nothing amazing about it. Fine for a stop/commuter stay but I do not recommend for a vacation accommodation. There was no safe in the room that I could see after much searching so when I left for my event, I had to take valuables (Laptop, etc) with me.
