Top Lage und Personal lieb! Aber das Hotel braucht mal ne Auffrischung! Es hat 3 Lifte und doch wartet man ewigkeiten bis mal einer da ist. Wenn man in eile ist, hat man verloren! Zimmer ok, hellhörig, man hört alles was im gang passiert! Habe es nur wegen der Lage gebucht, weil das Hotel in das ich immer gehe leider schon ausgebucht war. Ich würde kein zweites mal dieses Hotel buchen!

Lage empfehlenswert. Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Das ist das Positive. Wir haben schon öfter über Expedia unseren Aufenthalt in Manhattan gebucht u. bezahlt, dieses Mal hatten wir uns zur Zahlung direkt im Hotel entschieden. Beim Check In wurde uns mitgeteilt, daß wir vorab eine Kaution in Höhe von $50 pro Tag zahlen müssten für evtl. Schäden. Verwunderlich, da wir ja unsere Kreditkarte zur Sicherheit hinterlegt hatten. Bei Expedia hatten wir gelesen, daß der Zimmerservice nicht jeden Tag stattfindet - im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit eigentlich positiv zu bewerten! Dies wurde uns auch am Check In mitgeteilt, jedoch könnte man sich jederzeit bei der Rezeption melden, sollte man etwas benötigen. Wir mussten feststellen, daß unser Zimmer zwar auf den ersten Blick sauber aussah, dies aber bei genauem Hinschauen nicht der Fall war. Im Kleiderschrank fanden wir Unterwäsche vor, die Ablagefläche war klebrig, an einer Ecke des Schrankes, in dem der Kühlschrank stand muss zuvor eine klebrige Masse ausgelaufen sein, die fest geworden war. Zumindest wenn neue Gäste ein Zimmer erhalten, sollte zuvor eine ordentliche Grundreinigung durchgeführt werden. Wir haben erst mal alle Ablageflächen mit Desinfektiontüchern abgewischt. Leider lag unser Zimmer auch noch zwischen zwei Aufzügen, die Aufzuggeräusche waren nachts nicht zu überhören. Zu guter letzt wurde vom Hotel ein höherer Preis berechnet, Expedia konnte dies jedoch klären. Fazit: wir würden es nicht noch einmal buchen!

So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Wir waren 4 Nächte dort. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kein Zimmerservice!! Handtuchwechsel erst nach Aufforderung an der Rezeption (diese wurden dann während des Tages vor der Zimmertüre abgelegt). Mittelmäßiges Frühstück. Alles in allem in meinen Augen kein Hilton Standard

Check in is 3pm, when we arrived at 5pm our room is not ready. No apologies from any of the staff. Instead, all we heard is “we are a BIG hotel”, “we are fully booked yesterday, house keeper is working on your room.” “ we can’t give you other room because this is the only room left through third party reservation.” We have to cancel our dinner plan in order to make it to our show. The staff was amazing. All very friendly and communicate well. The things we had concerns about are minor, but IMO can be attended to and makes you think what else isn’t being well kept. Toilet paper holder kept falling off, there were no places to hang coats in entry way, no where to hang towels in bathroom. The room was very cramped for two beds.

Out of 4 days of staying here, they only cleaned the room once (it was on the third day). Requested the front desk for new towels but it never came so we had to get it ourselves. Hallways don’t have AC, elevators take forever Nonetheless, great area and convenient location.

Look. If you’re looking for a budget friendly, clean basic hotel for in and out close to times Sq. And Central Park etc this is a great place. Though a few things did bother me. First things first I arrive to the hotel and I’m told that to park my car would be $75 USD Per night and if I would like to have my car parked for me it will cost me $20 USD extra per night. A little ridiculous considering the car is being parked once. Anyways I decide to park myself and upon arrival to the third party parking lot I realize that the fee is $56USD per night and that I’ve been up charged. Pretty annoying but whatever. The first morning of our stay we are woken at 7:30 AM by housekeeping. Though the lady does not speak English and I do not speak Spanish so we’re basically staring at eachother with no idea what to say. The same thing happens the following morning. Quite annoying. You would think working in an international city at a Hilton you should be able to communicate 5 essential sentences in English to guests. During my third stay I woke up quite thirsty and needed something to drink. I attempted to call “room service” with the hotel rooms phone and was rudely told “we don’t have room service and hung up on” .. so I ordered Uber eats to bring me water bottles from Starbucks. Upon arrival the delivery person was refused to bring my parcel up to my room and when I spoke to the front desk they hung up on me rudely while telling me to come downstairs to get my package. I expected more.
