The room as such and the location are nice, but it doesn't make up for staff entering your room at 4:30 in the morning by accident. We were on our 10 year wedding anniversary and jetlagged. After somebody suddenly entering our room, waking us up, we could not sleep anymore and it cost us a day of our trip, since we were too tired an shaken to do anything the following day. When we brought it up with staff, we were told to always lock the door. I didn't expect that sort of response in a hotel that charges me 400 dollars a night. They tried to make up for it by putting a lot of baloons in our room. Whilst I appreciate the effort, this was the least we wanted in this situation, felt really weird and they even threw away our food. We basically had to move the floating baloons to the corredor, where they lay until the end of our stay (they were left on the floor once they lost the gas to float) to be able to lay down.
Besides a gym, there are no amenities in the hotel (no pool, common spaces etc.)
