Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal (auch im Vorfeld wurde auf Nachrichten sehr schnell reagiert), Lage und Umgebung des Hotels sind ebenso ausgezeichnet, Subway-Stationen sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und via Express Subway ist man schnell am Times Square. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, das Frühstücksangebot ist gut, leider ist es teilweise sehr überfüllt und es ergibt sich die Schwierigkeit einen Platz zum frühstücken zu finden. Leider werden beim Frühstück sehr viele Einwegprodukte aus Plastik verwendet. Heiße Getränke und Wasser sind rund um die Uhr umsonst enthalten! Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für das Hampton Inn in Brooklyn entscheiden! Bis bald!

This hotel is a bit chaotic (so many people in a small lobby area) and for the price, the breakfast was terrible. We picked a nicer hotel in Brooklyn and didn't expect the breakfast to be like something at a budget hotel. Very disappointing. And I was always having to ask for black tea bags - it was like they were hiding them in the kitchen. The room was tight, as per NYC, but one of the beds was so close the the bathroom slide-door it was a bit awkward. Beds were comfortable, shower was nice. Room was quite stuffy and the fan was super loud so you don't want to sleep with it on. Long waits for the elevators. It was only ok for over 400$ a night. We paid same as Times Square rates and didn't get near the perks. Not sure why we're paying resort fees. Also, the parking is an independent place, not affiliated with the hotel. That said, it is way more expensive than the other places nearby so I suggest checking SpotHero for parking rates.

Downtown Brooklyn has a great vibe with fantastic bars, restaurants and shopping. Hampton Inn is perfectly located to be part of that vibe. Staff are genuinely helpful.

Very nice and clean hotel. The location is great, right off the Manhattan and Brooklyn bridge. Breakfast was good too. Great hotel for exploring both Manhattan and Brooklyn, and the staff was amazingly helpful. Rooms are quite decent size especially for NY standards. Would recommend.

Great stay. Good sized room . Breakfast was ok and having free coffee always available was a nice touch. Location good… short walk to a number of subway stations and DUMBO/ Brooklyn Bridge. Fab little street food hall at Dekalb market a few minutes walk away . Great variety of food and open late . Easy to get into Manhattan . Would definitely recommend .

Staff were all so helpful and friendly. Great to have coffee all day and bfast until noon. Noon check-out also so nice! Easy walk to the pedestrian entrance of the Brooklyn Bridge. Parking garage right next door. Rooms could use some updating, but great value for the location.

We had such a great time at this property! Free breakfast. Quiet on a high floor. On premise bar. Clean and comfortable room. Great staff. Highly walkable - we love to walk! Highly recommend the MOCHI ICE CREAM at the front desk market. I’m still craving it a week later!

Ideally situated in Downtown Brooklyn, a short walk to either the Brooklyn or Manhattan Bridges. Also a short walk to nearest subway stations, making access to Manhattan a breeze! As for the room, bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious and the TV worked! Main issue... room was warm, and A/C unit did not cool it down at bedtime (and, of course, we couldn't open the windows to let some cool, fresh air in); minor issue... the lighting in the room was inadequate, with lights only at bedside and at the desk - nothing overhead... again, minor.
