Each room has a cooling and heating system that is controlled by the guest in the room and it can be turned on or off and set to auto temp by the guest in the room. We appreciate your feedback about your experience in our hostel, particularly in the dormitories. The AC units can be a challenge when multiple guests have different opinions on what is too warm and what is comfortable. The more often the settings on the AC get adjusted, the more likely it will need to be reset. Our management team is working out ways to find solutions to these AC challenges and we hope to avoid this experience for you and others in the future.
