Als wir angekommen sind, hat der Code zur Wohnung nicht funktioniert. Die Hotline war ganz schlecht zu erreichen u es dauerte fast eine Stunde, bis der Code freigeschaltet wurde. Die Inneneinrichtung ist echt billig: Kommode und beide Eßstühle wackelig. Es fehlten Föhn und Wasserkocher. Föhn wurde reklamiert, da ist nie jemand drauf eingegangen. Also mussten wir selbst einen kaufen! Im Schlafzimmer ist die Klimaanlage mit 54 dzbl. Wir hatten Zimmer 313 zum Hof. Dort brannten nachts Hochleistungsstrahler, die die weißen Rollos kaum abhielten: also auch nachts taghell im Raum. Die Terrassentür schloss nicht richtig, daher zog es total. Nachttischlicht und Steckdose im Bad defekt. Zwischendurch funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht, d. h. Wir hatten 1,5 Tage 16/17 Grad im Raum (Dezember, draußen 1 Grad) und keiner konnte helfen! Auch hier wieder: ganz schlechte Erreichbarkeit, viele Telefonate und keine Mail-Antworten. Wir sollten für 1 Nacht ins Hotel gehen, was bei einem Kurzaufenthalt nicht akzeptabel ist. Ansonsten kein Entgegenkommen, nichts. Pech gehabt. Luxery ganz weit entfernt!

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft. Die Möbelstücke sind von billiger Qualität. Leider sind auch alle Möbelstücke schon etwas angegangen und dreckig. Die Wände und das Sofa wiesen auch Flecken auf. Das Badezimmer macht einen halbfertigen Eindruck, ein Teil der Duschamatur war nicht verbaut und lag im Waschbeckenschrank. Ebenfalls sind im Bad noch die Folien auf den Decken LED. Die Gegend ist es Rough und Teil recht gruselig. Eben die South Bronx

We didn't like the Check-in. It was very stressful because the Code we received via mail didn't work. It took 3 calls and 2 hours before someone could help us and we got a new code. We were tired and exhausted after a 10 hour flight and then all this stress that was really unnecessary. We liked the facilities in the room, espacially the kitchen. It was clean, you had a lot of space and you even got small kitchen utensils.

What I didn’t like was that I got the room with the porch. Those face a storage facility with floodlights, and there are no curtains, only screens that don’t block light. My sleep was terrible, looked like daylight the entire time. Other than that the place is great! But go for a regular room, avoid facing west

Do not stay here. No staff on site, you call an 800 number when you need assistance… then wait on hold… it would have been ok if i didn’t have to call them every time i used the passcode on my door… it never worked twice in a row… I got two rooms and the door codes didn’t work for either, multiple times. Very upset… awful communication.

The suite itself was good and the gym facility. The area is very unsafe I parked my car on the street due to being charged a fee every time I entered and left the property garage which they did not specify. My car got broken into, smashed my back window. Never again.

Everything with the hotel was perfect except for the elevator, the hotel is pet friendly, and the pets have obviously turned the elevator into their personal bathroom and it smells and wet of dog pee so someone should definitely take care of that, I’d stay again but that elevator needs a deep clean.

I stayed in a gentrified area and my experience was okay, but it could've been better. The hotel is supposed to be fancy, but it didn't quite feel like it. When I got to my room, it smelled funky, and even the hallway wasn't great. The appliances were fine, but the couch had a broken leg. The mattress covers and pillows were stained, which kind of grossed me out. Since it’s supposed to be a luxury hotel, it was giving more low-quality side. It seems like the hotel has potential, but it's not living up to it. This hotel has the potential to be better. I just wish people could take better care of it, especially since it’s new. Additionally, the company should have someone on site just in case of any problems. They run everything by email and never answer your calls.

Booked on 1-15-2024 Place was cool but an 80$ property fee for what??? It was more than what the room itself cost. Asked for 2 extra blankets and didn’t even get them because I was told there no extra blankets to deliver. What’s my 80$ property fee for I can’t even get a blanket on the property. Okay place but will never book again. THANKS!

Apartment was not bad , but were few things , that we expected to be in kitchen - no stove at any kind , no even toaster . Microwave and coffee machine without filters, blender . This is all what you will get there . Area is defiantly not a safest .

I've stayed at nicer MOTELS. Good elsewhere.
The elevator smelled like human urine for 3 days. The entrance to my room was covered in a red sticky substance. We had to call the emergency line to get into our room because the room code had not been updated for check-in. Our shower door also didn't close properly allowing a pool of water to form on the bathroom floor. We had to use our extra towels to clean up the mess. I had a hard time sleeping being so close to the highway. We chose to stay here because of the kitchenette. We regret limiting our options as we could have stayed in Manhattan for the same price. The only good thing about the experience was how close the hotel is to good Jamacian food.

The property itself was beautiful. However, when we got to our room there was a welcome packet left for the guest before us and not us, which is made us concerned that the property had not been attended to since the previous guess. The thermostat also did not work, so we could not get heat or air. I reached out to the company three times regarding this issue, and was told someone would come fix it, but they never did.
