Sehr zentral und gut gelegen. Leider ist der Frühstücksraum zu klein, um die Menschenmenge aufzunehmen. Es fehlte immer irgendetwas bzw. das Personal kam nicht schnell genug nach, Dinge auf- oder nachzufüllen. Kein Plastikgeschirr (super!), typisch amerikanisches Frühstück ohne Aufschnitt. Zimmer (wir waren in der 25. Etage mit Blick auf das Summit) war absolut ausreichend, Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Auf den Aufzug mussten wir zu Stoßzeiten leider etwas länger warten.

Ok, but ….
Hotel is very centrally located. Rooms are ok, relatively standard. Small closet in the bathroom? Safe did not work properly. No key in the house to solve the problem. Had to wait 12 hours. Front desk is very inefficient. Also due to very complex bill structure with 30 dollar deposit nobody understands or can explain. Leads to unacceptable waiting times. Also as there is only one staff member in the morning. Breakfast is a battle. Not enough capacity. Food is ok. Prices at the bar very high. But this is NY ….

Gutes Hotel
Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Zimmer gross genug, ebenso das Bad gut mit schön grosser Dusche. Das Frühstück war gut, lediglich die Anzahl verfügbarer Tische ist knapp bemessen. Der Service am Empfang war, mit einer Ausnahme, unfreundlich. Mein Zimmer wurde zudem bei 5 Übernachtungen lediglich 1 x gereinigt, und das auch erst nach 2maligem Nachfragen am Empfang. Alles in allem trotzdem gut.

Die Mitarbeitenden in dem Hotel sind sehr freundlich und bemüht alles für einen möglich zu machen (durften später auschecken). Frühstück war gut und auch im Speisesaal waren alle freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zwei Punkte sind zu kritisieren. Die Klimaanlage schaffte es nicht, das Zimmer vernünftig zu temperieren. Engineering kam zwar, bekam das Problem leider auch nicht in den Griff. Das schlimmste ist aber die beistell Couch gewesen. Ich war mit meiner Familie zusammen und so brauchte unsere Tochter eine auszieh Couch. Diese jedoch war dermaßen durchgelegen und hatte ihre besten Tage bereits lange hinter sich. Ich habe es beanstandet und uns wurde ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt aber wirklich gut. Die Preis Leistung stimmt. Wenn man mehr erwartet, kann man pro Tag min. 80 Dollar draufzahlen und ins Hilton gehen.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, sehr Zentral. Die Zimmer hatten die besten Zeiten hinter sich, waren aber ok. Vor allem das Bad wurde neu renoviert. Der Frühstücksraum war für so viele Menschen viel zu klein!! Morgens war ein einziges Chaos um Sitzplätze.

Das Bad war verhältnismäßig gross und die Dusche der Hammer - es kam auch sehr viel Wasser so dass man anständig Duschen konnte! Zudem war das Morgenessen reichhaltig und mit den frisch gemachten Omeletten einfach genial

We liked being near Time Square without the noise. We enjoyed the FREE breakfast every morning and found the staff to be incredibly welcoming. Overall, a very nice stay. We would definitely book there again.

We stayed at the hotel in the beginning of May, 2024. The hotel is situated just 5-10 minutes walk from the Times Square, and has everything one can wish for within a walking distance. Rooms are very clean and in excellent condition. The hotel staff is friendly and is there to help. The only two things that prevent me from giving this property 5 stars are: 1. Elevators are not adequate for the size of the property. There are 3 elevators and they often do not handle the guest traffic very well. There were often big lineups of people waiting to use the elevator. At one point we waited for 30 minutes. 2. The buffet breakfast area is not big enough - the earlier you take your breakfast - the better, but still it may be hard to find a table and the pathways are very crowded with people moving in opposite directions as different kinds of food are located on opposite sides of the breakfast area. Despite that we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying at the same hotel again.

L'hébergement est moyen, les chambres sont petites, il n'y a pas de rangement. Il n'y a pas assez d'ascenseurs. Et le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Le choix n'est pas terrible. il manque fréquemment des aliments. La salle de petit déjeuner n'ouvre jamais à l'heure ce qui fait que de nombreuses personnes sont entassées et attendent dans le couloir. Pas de possibilité d'avoir du chocolat chaud, etc.

コンサートとミュージカルとロングアイランドのミュージアム目的で一人で宿泊しました。ブロードウェイにもMSGにも程よい距離で、夜遅くになっても人通りも多く安全と感じました。 ラガーディア空港にもJFKにもPenn StationからLIRRで簡単にアクセスできるため、渋滞もなく便利でした。 部屋には湯船がなかったことが残念ですが、部屋に戻るたびに洗濯したてのシーツのような香りがして気持ちよかったです。 30ドル分のリゾートフィーが含まれていたので毎日ラウンジで夕食を取ることができ、外食せずに済みました。貴乃花似のお兄さんもフレンドリーで一人でも問題なかったです、ただ席数が少ないので早い時間に行ったほうが良いかも。朝食は品数は少ないですが、オーダー式のオムレツとマフィンが美味しかったです。 またニューヨークに行く機会があれば必ず泊まりたいと思いました。

Staff was very friendly, easy check in process. Breakfast was included. They also had happy hour from 5 to 6, which was nice. Very walkable to Times Square fifth Avenue and so much more! Would highly recommend staying here!
