Kleine und gemütliche Zimmer in recht zentraler Lage um New York zu erkunden. In paar Minuten ist die Subway erreicht und in wenigen Minuten ist man am Times Square oder 5th Avenue. Zimmerausstattung war praktisch: Mini Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, etc. Leider kein Safe um ggf. Wertsachen zu verstauen. Zimmer sauber und Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.

The hotel is in the center of Manhattan, with short ways to public transportation and sight seeing attraction. Benefit is that coffee and water are for free, they have a nice lounge at 27. floor. But they have problems in cleaning up the rooms right on time for check in.

Top Lage, Zimmer sehr sauber. Neues Bad mit Dusche, auch das in bestem Zustand. Einziges Manko: Das Zimmer sah leider gar nicht aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Möbel wirkten beliebig zusammen- und hingestellt. Auch die Ablageflächen waren entgegen einer anderen Erfahrung mit dem Hotel in New York minimal.

Das Hotel liegt zwar sehr zentral gegenüber Grand Central an der Lexington bietet aber kaum Comfort. Checkin fast eine Stunde da nur ein Mitarbeiter an der kleinen Rezeption, sofern man die winzige Nische als solche bezeichnen kann, völlig überlastet war. Nicht mal eine Lobby oder ein Restaurant zum Frühstücken gibt es hier. Zimmer sind recht klein und die Klimaanlage (unerläßlich da man die Fenster nicht öffnen kann) sehr laut. Das nächste Mal lieber ein paar Euro mehr aber dafür wieder ein "echtes" Hotel . P.S. Housekeeping muß man täglich beauftragen sonst werden die Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt, aber das ist scheinbar jetzt in vielen US Hotels üblich,.

Not bad. It's nothing fancy, and the perks are minimal--there's no breakfast available, and the 27th floor lounge you might have read about in other reviews has, post-COVID, become mostly a coffee station. But that's okay; if you're here to see the city, whether for work or for leisure, you'll be staying quite literally right across the street from Grand Central Station, with easy access to pretty much anything midtown as well as a quick sprint to a major subway hub. My room was on the second floor, and was surprisingly quiet. It had a good bed, a clean bathroom (with a shower that had hot water almost *instantly*!), a chair to lounge in, and even a bit of space in which to walk around, which doesn't always happen in a NYC hotel room. It also had temperature controls that worked, so you're not at the mercy of the general hotel temperature. Again, it's not luxurious, but if you're there to enjoy the city and NOT your hotel, it's a great place to land before you set out, and crash in a comfortable bed each night. No complaints.

Club Quarters Grand Central exceeded our expectations. The room was bigger than expected with a nice size bathroom. Very clean. It was about a 5 min walk from Grand Central Terminal and about 15 min to Times Square. The staff were fantastic and we really enjoyed the terrace on the 27th floor. On the same floor was complimentary coffee/tea with a terrific seating area to relax. Would return in a heartbeat.

Enjoyed our stay. Upgraded to a room with a fridge, still a small room but laid out in a way it was easy to store our stuff and everything was functional. Great location, easy walk to Grand Central.

Good for business trips. The comfort of your stay really depends on the size of the room you picked or you got lucky to get. This time the room size was ok.
