They had an event and the event blocked the walk way from parking ramp and elevators They need to do better- super hard to get around and no signs! Glad people at event were having fun, but my group arrived separately and we all had same concern/complaint

Ok for the price!
Room was clean but hallway and entry doors were dirty but it is Winter time so can expect that. They appeared to be short staffed cause i called in afternoon to see if room would be ready for early check-in and got put on hold for a few minutes and then told me it was so said would be there in a few minutes. When arriving there was a sign saying away from desk but call this number. First time i called i finally got a recording saying to text instead of leaving a message. Waited a minute and called again and she answered and said would be right there. So i assumed she was having to clean rooms when nobody at the desk. She was apologetic and friendly. Only other issue was when busy at Breakfast had to tell front desk when out of something. Heard several people say they should have kept waffle machine instead of the pancake machine. Some were having issues with it.

Not the best
The temperature control in the room was VERY uneven. The window unit was set to 70 and it felt like 80...it was dropped to 66 and still blew hot air until the air conditioner was turned on. The breakfast was not good. The pancake maker was not working and the eggs and sausage were cold. The juice (apple and orange) was even bad - like syrup. One good thing, at least the room was clean. The hotel is good for a one-night stay...that's about it.

The staff was good. The room appeared fine. I had a heck of a time getting into bed. I am 5'1" and have bad knees. Beds way too high. When sitting on edge of bed, my feet were 1 foot off floor. Not good for seniors. Also tub was either not cleaned cause felt very slimy and almost fell

The lock on our door did not work. A chain lock had been installed. The door did not shut all the way so when leaving our room we had to make sure the door was pulled shut and locked. The breakfast was all OUT by 6:45 and they started serving at 6:30. We were told there was cereal but no milk. There is a grocery store 4 blocks away.

Overall the hotel was okay. Nothing exciting that stood out. We booked a king suite with a jacuzzi tub before Christmas. An hour before check in we got a call that our room wasn’t available and they were going to downgrade us to just a king room. When we checked in, we were then informed that the suites have been under construction for 2 YEARS!!! And there is no hot tub or pool on site. No one is available at the desk and a note on the desk says to call into a phone number if you need someone. I’m guessing the hotel only has one employee on staff at a time. Also there Pepsi machine ate our cash.

Room was not real clean, garbage found in back of nightstand when I pulled it out to check for an outlet, and it took forever to check in because they had to leave the front desk to see if the room had been cleaned.

Was given key to a used and totally unclean room. Staff then switched me to a clean room. All I needed was some sleep and that was not possibile as I was kept up much of the night by loud intoxicated person in hallway, past midnight, talking loudly & knocking on multiple doors. No curtain on shower. Yikes.

Hi Eben,It looks like we got you an early check-in and were told you'd be back later that day. We hadn't been able to take a look at your assigned room yet at that point. After taking a peek at the room you originally were assigned, we decided to swap you to a different room due to your original being completely trashed and in-need of a deep cleaning. We had tried to reach out to you via phone to let you know about the adjustment, but our call wasn't able to get through to you. I apologize for the missing shower curtain in your new room, and we'll take full accountability for not double-checking things before you got in there. In regard to the noise complaint, were you able to contact one of our staff members at the front desk to get that addressed and handled? We do walk the hallways a few times throughout the night to check on things, and I wasn't able to find any note about a noise complaint. Please feel free to reach out to us directly with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We'd appreciate the opportunity to make things right with you!

The room 111 was clean. We liked the room, eaceot that we were unable to close the door all the way so unable to lock the door and the safety latch had no chain. Blow dryer did not work. We didn't try microwave and the refrigerator wasn't cold. We were disappointed that the breakfast was out late.

Tried checking in at 9pm and they said our room wasn't ready yet, and it would be ready within the hour. We waited over an hour, room still wasn't clean, so cancelled our reservation and went across the street.

The guy checking us in was really nice and friendly but have to say read reviews of other and they were not happy with the checking in taking forever... well have to say they were right. Not.. happy that it took forever to check in ( 6 hours later) if you dont have the help to get the job done maybe you can get in there to get job done. Wont be back.....

Not impressed
Our room wasn't ready three hours after check in time, we were told it's because they are short staffed. The room was fairly clean, sheets had brown stains on them and to top it off, they gave us a room with 2 double beds insead of the king which we reserved. We didn't want to have to deal with another wait, so we just kept that room. Won't be staying with them again.

I didn’t like that I wasn’t gonna be able to get in my room until 10 pm when it says check in is at 3 pm. didn’t stay and want my money back had to call the manager.

Late and understaffed
We arrived at 7:30 only to be told our room was not ready and we would have to wait another 30 minutes. When I asked what the delay was since check in is published to start at 3, was told, “they’re going to be changing that soon”, but no other compensation or acknowledgment for the delay. Any breakfast offerings were decimated by a tour group so nothing was left by 9 a.m. on a Sunday…not even a cup of coffee. The hotel seems woefully understaffed. While beds were comfortable, the bathroom could use a deep clean.

Hello,We apologize for not being able to meet your expectations. We have been short-staffed and doing the best we can with what we have. I also want to clarify that our breakfast hours are from 6AM - 9AM and we generally do not continue stocking afterwards, but our coffee should be available 24/7. We do our best to keep our coffee pots full, but it's a challenge to maintain during our busy weekends. Please reach back out so we can make things right with you.

Upon check in, ketchup and fries on window seal. no toilet paper, opened one bed, sheets were full of dirt and black hair. toilet had not been cleaned -filthy! sink looked like toothpaste had been spit all over. Asked for refund, girl behind desk was very nice, she was only authorized to give $40.00 credit, I gave name and phone number, waiting for manager to call, not holding my breath on that one.
