Thanks for your comments. We usually resolve any issues guests may have the same day(if we know about them). Re: The water pressure issue is resolved. We also installed a brand new Rinnai unlimited hot water heater. We are continuously updating this guest home (we just put all new appliances in kitchen, replaced some furniture etc.) Thanks for staying with us,

After we allowed Guests to check in early they called & said they already booked a cheaper place on the Beach in Daytona. They never told us of any issues until they left. We offered them another newer guest home on the property doing our best to make them happy. There was a small burn stain on the 1 month old new glass top stove that you could only be see on a angle. there was a small rust stain by drain in bathtub. The Pool water is crystal clear blue maintained daily with a 1yr old filtration system & yes the automatic pool cleaner may have missed 1 piece of dirt in the end of the Olympic length pool. All issues were taken care of in 15min. However we cant compete with guests that want to be on the beachfront and not 3 min from beach like this one. Campers on the property? Yes there is 1- 40' slide out Modern RV -that is also on VBRO site as a rental & well disclosed (Guests love it - Unless you think campers are Bad???) . Gunshots?? Its a quite community, virtually no crime, they may have heard a exhaust backfire from cars on 44, but whatever it was I can tell you police reports show a 4X crime increase in Daytona vs New Smyrna were they chose to stay. All I can say is look at our other reviews. We always handle issues fast & try to make guests feel at home. Our clean older Guest homes are a great value for the price charged.

Jean, Thanks for staying with us again, We are constantly upgrading this (original NSB home) we just added sun blocking drapes as you suggested (thanks for the input) Also new floors throughout , new central High Efficiency central WiFi heat pump, All new kitchen appliances, upgraded WIFI Etc. We do change lock codes on a regular basis. We also have never had any theft or crime problems in the last 30 yrs. on the property.

There are 4 separate private accommodations on the 1.5 acre property that share a large pool area. There are plenty of open outside spaces & lots of parking on driveway or lawn. All shown on VBRO photos. The Front house is older & was upgraded in 2015. It has also been upgraded with new flooring throughout & new central WIFI Heat Pump, New Kitchen Appliances' & continually being improved. Some days may have more guests on property than others. We haven't had any negative issues with guests conflicts reported in past . The area is also private. We have not had any issues on property since my grandparent's moved in in the 1950's. (Knock-Knock) We appreciate all reviews . We are fast to respond if we ever have any issues, as long as you call us.

All this reviewers issues have be upgraded, new floors, new bathroom, new furniture, new kitchen appliances etc. Its a older home with charm at a value for the price.
