Das Personal ist sehr freundlich aber man sieht das das Hotel renovierungsbedarf hat . Das WLan war langsam , im Bad gab es in der Wanne noch Haare vom letzten Gast . Der Wasserhahn ist locker und die Türe braucht einen neuen Anstrich . Die Gardinen waren schmutzig. Es ist noch genug Potential nach oben vorhanden . Wir waren vorher in 2 anderen Hotels auf unserer Rundreise und deswegen kann man es gut vergleichen.

I di not get a room on the 1st floor like I asked because I am a disabled veteran. Instead, we were given a room on the 4th floor. We specificaaly asked not to beassigned a room next to the hotel air conditioning unit, and we were placed next to the unbit. The compessor filtered loudly into our room and kept me up all night with its loud cycling going on and off. It felt like we were being torchered. The dining room staff was incrediblyh rude and angry the whole time that all dinig room patrons were there each morning. The only bright light was Angel, the hotel manager who was sympathatic to our dilemma, albeit when we were checking out.

Front desk service was as usual not good or bad. Room was dirty lamp was rusted headboard vinyl it was peeling off. I stayed at the first floor upstairs guest was making a lot of noise throughout the night walking and running !! It was a real Real bad experience!!

Horrible.
Absolutely worst hotel stay I have ever had. My husband and I were accused of being smokers and we absolutely are not. Then I was sexually harassed by the front desk attendant. We then started getting multiple charges before we left and checked out. We spoke with the manager and were told we would not be charged and here I am hours later still fighting the battle. They offered 20% off our next stay but will never stay there again.

No showers for our party.
At 10am we tried to shower, but could not get water to come out of the bathroom faucet with enough pressure. The sink had very low pressure as well. I called the front desk and the woman said she had to call someone and would call me right back. She never called and we had to get ready without showering. The faucet in the shower was loose and coming off the wall. We were in room 307 and hope others do not have the same experience. I fully expect to shower when paying for a night in a hotel and I fully expect the front desk to return my call. Very disappointed for my sisters visiting from out of state.

I booked a room for my sister and her husband. Upon check in they would not let them in a room because I wasn't with them.Even though it was paid for and I talked to the checkin person myself over the phone. Their policy says Ihave tobe there. I want an immediate refund. They had to pay themselves to get in the room. You need to clarify with the idiots you contract through to except a client if all the I's are dotted and T's crossed. Does no one have any common sense anymore?
