Außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt & traumhafte Kulisse
Ein einzigartiges Hotel mit besonderem Ambiente. Die Anlage ist sauber und sehr schön gelegen. Die Aussicht ist umwerfend. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und schmeckt sehr gut. Wir haben es genossen und werden sicherlich nochmal kommen.

Zauberhafte Wintertage im Kelebek
Unser Aufenthalt im Kelebek war bestens, sowohl die Unterkunft als auch der Service waren excellent und der Beschreibung entsprechend. Hervorzuheben ist das ausgiebige Frühstück(sbüffet) und die Rund-um-die-Uhr-Öffnungszeiten in dem wunderbar geschmackvollen Restaurant/Cafe und das Personal, welches immer freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Wir können das Hotel absolut weiter empfehlen und werden auch unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Göreme dort verbringen.

A wonderful place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay for many reasons. The location and the view across the valley and Göreme is breathtaking. The room was cozy and unique with its cave atmosphere and the hotel as a whole is lovely decorated with many locally made objects and antiques. What impressed us most was the warm welcome and the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was so helpful, courteous and friendly that we were overwhelmed by the hospitality of the place. On our first morning when we arrived, having had to get up very early to catch the first flight, we were invited for a wonderful breakfast and could move into our room even before the official time. We were recommended this place and I fully recommend it too - it made our stay in Cappadocia a wonderful experience. Herkese icin cok tesekkürler.

Kelebek is a unique hotel in Göreme that provides top tier service and amenities to its guests. From the point of reservation until the time we flew home, we were under the careful stewardship of the staff at Kelebek. They help organize airport transfers, excursions, sight seeing, you name it. The hotel itself is immaculate with a gracious staff that clearly care about the property. The pool is small but perfectly situated above the city. The restaurant is one of the best in the city - you get breakfast there included in your stay, and it's worth making a reservation for at least one of your dinners as the food is incredible. The whole city is walkable, so it's situated in a great location to access whatever you need. Highly recommend Kelebek!

Despite the appealing cave-inspired decor and ambiance of the room our stay at the hotel was disappointing for several reasons. Firstly, we arrived late at 11 pm only to discover that the hot air balloon tour we had planned was canceled. It would have been helpful if the hotel had notified us earlier in the day so we could adjust our plans accordingly. Instead, we spent the next morning scrambling to find alternative bookings, leaving us unable to participate in any morning activities. Moreover, the main lock of the room was not working from inside so we would’ve to sleep in an unlocked room which wasn’t safe. They sent a technician to repair it at 12.30 am since there were no extra rooms. Furthermore, the room's locker was also faulty, failing to lock properly. Additionally, the utensils in the restaurant were visibly dirty with water stains. The breakfast plates were warm and emitted a foul odor due to inadequate drying. Overall, despite the pleasing aesthetic of the room, our experience with the hotel's service fell short of expectations, and we cannot recommend it to others.

We have traveled extensively for work and holiday and this hotel is the most unique and special we’ve experienced. The staff was beyond caring and helpful. The staff arranged our private guide and our balloon adventure - both excellent. Their office is open 24 hours and very safe facility. There are ample private areas to view the magnificent area. Five stars all around.

This was a beautiful hotel! Everyone was so nice, friendly, and helpful. Our room was great - clean, large, and felt very special. I think the hotel’s name says it all - it is a very special hotel and I would highly and enthusiastically recommend it for anyone who is looking to visit Cappadocia!

We loved our time at Kelebek Hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was amazing, views from the rooftops are spectacular. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We also used their spa/hamam service and it was a very relaxing experience. They helped us arrange a baloon ride and a guided tour, both of which were excellent. We also used the airport transfer arranged by them, very convenient and timely service. Overall, great experience and we highly recommend

The hotel is the best in cappadocia! Room is big/comfortable, facility is good, even bath room has heating hanger that can hang ur cloths, i.e. I can wash my cloth and hang there in morning, then it become dry in night. Other than this, the staff there are also very nice, friendly and always having smile on face. The hotel breakfast and dining area is also the best in cappadocia. It is aLao animal friendly hotel, the dogs there very Cute.

My 5 nights stay
Sezer and Furkhan provided excellent service. They took care of everything and on time. Staff is excellent. Only thing about property is not enough Air conditioning in rooms that makes it warm and uneasy to sleep at nights. Wish the property had AC in rooms with the digital thermostat. Property needs to be upgraded so that guests can be more comfortable. But overall property is good and at a nice location. Again staff is excellent and service was great!

施設全体が雰囲気が良く、洞窟ホテルらしい構造をしているのでとても素敵でした。 送迎を頼みましたが、オフシーズンだったのもありスムーズな対応で時間の遅れなどもなかったです。 送迎は現金のみ対応ですので、ユーロかリラを持っておいてください。 ここに限らず、ギョレメ全体が急な坂や石の階段などで構成されています。キャリーを持って自力で向かうのはかなりオススメしません。 ひとつ残念な点があるとすれば、トイレやシンクで水を流すと水漏れして下水の匂いが少し気になるという事です。ただ、これは仕方ないように思えました。 スタッフも親切で、メッセージのやり取りも対応が良かったです。 またぜひ来たいと思います。

Sensational experience! Great location - 5 minutes walk to restaurant areas! Great vantage point to view hot air balloon and panoramic view of Gerome! Fabulous hotel staff and great experience living in the cave! Great concierge service as they planned your itinerary to the details!
