Service and quality of the common spaces and rooms is really good. Breakfast buffet is comprehensive and provides quality food, we were impressed. The restaurant did not stay behind. We recommend strongly the Kibbeh, was delicious. All the staff is friendly and are really willing to help. I can assure you that this level of professionalism and welcoming can not be found anywhere. We used the many spaces and took the tours offered by the hotel. We just loved it. It was a phenomenal balloon ride, a fantastic red tour with really great and positive surprises. We are lucky we could find this hotel and I can not recommend more.

Wir waren enttäuscht, hatten uns mehr versprochen. Dieses Hotel war fast doppelt so teurer, wie andere, in den wir in Kappadokien übernachtet haben. Zimmer wirken abgewohnt. Wir haben uns im Hotel andere, teurere Zimmer angeschaut, aber die wurden nur größer, nicht irgendwie besser. Da gibt es Hotels mit wesentlich besserem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage. Allerdings ließ der Service zu wünschen übrig: Gleich zweimal klappte die Abholung nach einer Abendveranstaltung nicht.

The whole area is beautiful. We slept in a cave, realy romantic. The restaurant at the hotel is friendly, helpful and delicious. The hikes in the valley’s nearby are astonishing.

The hotel is in a great location and has fantastic views of Goreme. The rooms are very dated. We were in a deluxe room which did not have any outlets by the bed. The shower has a very high tub. If someone has mobility issues you’re gonna fall. There’s no shower curtain which results in water going outside the tub and make the entire bathroom wet. The air conditioner will stay on for 15min only. The worst part there was no vent in the bedroom. The split unit is only in the seating area. We were there in April and it gets really warm in the room. I can’t imagine staying there in the summer. All in all, you get what you paid for. We paid around $230 so can’t ask for too much. I would not return to this hotel without improvements. The staff is absolutely incredible. From the room Service to the housekeeping and the restaurants.

Pretty intriguing living in a cave - I would recommend it for the experience for a few days but not for life :). Decently comfortable rooms, beds, good bathroom. Safe and quiet. A pretty short walk to the main area that has restaurants, shopping etc. Though keep in mind that the hotel is on a hill and so be prepared when walking back up. The breakfast was OK, lots of fresh food, juice options, coffee machine but i wish it had more cooked meat options than just a few cold cuts.

Centrally located in Cappadocia and walking distance (5 min!) to dining and shopping in the area. Really cool hotel and very helpful, personable staff. I’d gladly stay here again. Great breakfast as well. Great value for the money.

Wonderful experience of staying in cave suites while visiting Cappadocia. The newly built stone rooms are well equipped with modern amenities while being extension to the old caves. The hotel have multiple view point decks and very close to the sunset point where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of Rose Valley. There are a plenty of good restaurants within 5-10 mins walk. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was quite decent, too.

Otele girişimizden çıkışımıza kadar çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgililerdi, hatta aile suiti olmasına rağmen eşim manzara gören odaya geçmek istediğinde yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı güzeldi ve odalar çok temizdi,yerler alttan ısıtmalı olduğu için ısınma konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık. Göreme’ye tekrar geldiğimiz zaman yine bu otelde kalacağız.

I loved this hotel. I stayed in a cave suite, and it was an unparalled experience. I woke up before sunrise to see dozens of hot air balloons passing overhead/nearby. The hotel is perfectly situated within a close walk to the heart of downtown Goreme. The owner, Semsettin, was often on-site, and he was incredibly kind, warm, welcoming, and helpful. I was so happy to stay at this beautiful hotel. I would highly recommend it.

Hotel bonito, limpo e com ótimo atendimento. Café da manhã excelente. O quarto era um pouco pequeno e o banheiro um pouco desconfortável para uma chuveirada. No primeiro dia o banheiro ficou alagado. No segundo dia tomamos banho sentados. Tinha uma banheira de hidromassagem, que ocupava muito espaço e tornava o banho de chuveiro desconfortável. Mas entendo que há hóspedes que gostam. Minha sugestão seria colocar uma cortina.
