„Great place. Fun game room with pool table. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice hot tub and plenty of bathrooms. Need to bring own soap/shampoo. Super market within a mile on main road-close to S Lake Tahoe if you like that. Multi-levels, so if steps are a problem, not your place, but no problem for us.“

„Had a group of 8 seniors together for a quick reunion. Property was large and roomy to accommodate us all very well. We ate and hung out at the house most of the time. Outdoor area is spectacular to relax and enjoy the pool etc. The property management was outstanding and responsive to any of our needs. Would definitely recommend for larger groups and I will definitely stay there again in the future.“

„We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed the weekend for a music festival. We were able to walk to the location (25 mins) where the festival was being held at and was very easy to get around. Unfortunately it was raining when we arrived so we were unable to use the pool but it was nice and clean. There are plenty of towels and toiletries available as well as basic cooking utensils and spices ( which we did not use.) Refrigerator was clean as was the rest of the house. „This villa is great for a large group, but not as larger as listed. It is listed as sleeping over 40, however it seemed like we could only get 30 people to comfortably sleep, MAX. The space could also use shower mats, and more towels for guests. In addition, while sleeping, one of my guest’s bed’s fell to the floor. The next morning we discovered it was on cinder blocks. For the price we paid, we were disappointed to find broken equipment. It is in a safe location and has plenty of amenities ...

„Nice home needs some upgrades in bedroom furniture desk. And chairs . Not all bathrooms have fan . Very irritant alarm from using patio door when entering from outside unable to stop the alarm ( told its local ordinance) that noise cancels all the effort that is made to keep the neighborhood quiet in evening hours . Construction occurring both in front and back of the house which was not mentioned during rental causing continuous noise.“
