„We vacationed with a party of 7. The house was perfect and has an amazing view! Well maintained, clean. Florian was SUPER helpful and went above and beyond!! He met us at the property and showed us where to find grocery store and a few good places to eat. He even gave us a ride! The grocery store is within walking distance as is the liquor store. Blue Sail is also close by. We went twice :). Thanks again for making our trip one to remember!“

„The villa was perfect! Bedrooms are big and comfortable. The outdoor amenities were perfect for those who want privacy on a beautiful beachfront property. We went from the ocean to the pool to the lounge chairs most days and when we went out to get groceries or visit Baha Mar or dine at a restaurant they were only a 5 minute drive away.“

„Our stay at Water's Edge was absolute perfection. The house and location were everything we wanted. It felt safe and secluded. We spent a whole day at the house in the pool and snorkeling in the ocean. Being able to step directly into the ocean from the patio was so much fun. And waking up to a sunrise over the water was so beautiful. Mark was very communicative and helpful for planning our trip. HIGHLY recommend Monique and Big Mama for all your transportation needs. „We liked the place a lot, because we had all the amenities for ourselves. The dogs are friendly, but do not leave anything unattended otherwise the things are chewed up. The host was really concerned. We came late and his mother gave us food. He also drove us downtown or to the supermarket. Normally you need a car to get around. Nevertheless, if you are looking for a wonderful relaxed place then book it“

„Stayed 5 days, 3 adults a 14 yr old and a 10 year old. Place is clean. No issues. The beach is great. Be aware to have a driver take you for groceries. We did not buy any of the resort amenities so can't speak to that. Ate at the restaurant next door once. Was over $300 for the 5 of us. That including a couple drinks for everyone. „This place is amazing! Fany took and Auroa were amazing to deal with! Snorkelling out front was so much fun. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood but still so much to do in the area. The bus stop was a 20 second walk away which will take you anywhere on the island. The house had everything we needed. It was perfect on a rainy day with the big bay windows overlooking the ocean. Would definitely stay here again 10/10“

„This place was amazing! It was clean and quiet. Kids loved all of the “secret hideouts” (suitcase closets). The backyard was beautiful. If you are going be prepared that everything is white, so maybe don’t pack Nutella for your kids. We had groceries delivered via instagopher and it was quick and easy. If you want access to the club (bar, pool, beach chairs) you’ll have to pay $20 a day for 3 consecutive days for each person in your group over 5 years old. It’s worth it for the access to the ...

"Schöne kleine Anlage mit einigen Apartment-Häusern, einige zum Pool hin gelegen, einige zum Strand an der angelegten Lagune. 5 min zu Fuss zum Strand am Ozean. Es erklingt der Big Ben zur vollen Stunde - herrlich bei 30 Grad ! In der Nähe sind einige Restaurants ( alle zu Fuss erreichbar). Die Apartments zur Lagune hin sind fantastisch !"
