What the other reviews say is accurate concerning both the nice renovations and the noise. And no toilet seat. But this is Naples. It’s what you came here for. Finding the bar where breakfast is served is easy. As you exit, go right until the wall, then left, then straight ahead. And for my fellow Americans, a continental breakfast on this continent is a pastry and coffee!

Endroit proche de la gare centrale donc tres facile d accès, hote accueillant, chambre tres propres, bonne literie... Un bemol sur l insonorisation du lieu..tres bien pour y passer une ou deux nuits mais pas pour des vacances reposantes

This is a clean and modern place to stay right in between the historic centre and the train station so its location is excellent. The staff are very friendly and the air conditioning works well. There are some negatives however. There was no toilet seat on the toilet, there is no safety deposit box in the room, the shower drain is blocked and so the shower tray over fills with water when showering. There is also no shampoo or conditioner. Also the doors are too thin and so let in sound from neighbouring rooms and from people walking through the lobby. Besides these negatives the location and staff are great and therefore overall I would rate this place as 3 stars. If they improved on what I have mentioned then it would be a fantastic place.

De eigenaar doet zijn best. Het is goed gelegen. Dicht genoeg bij het station maar ook ver genoeg. Het centrum is ook dichtbij. Het is wel heel gehorig. Je hoort de buurman douchen, thuiskomen, snurken,…

Très bel appartement, très propre. Le responsable à la réception était très attentif à nos besoin, mais il ne parlait ni français ni anglais. Hôtel situé dans une minuscule rue dans un secteur tranquille, mais pauvre. Est-ce que je ferais un autre séjour à cet endroit? Absolument.

Séjour à Naples
Hôtel bien placé dans Naples (à moins de 10 minutes à pied d'une rue commerçante avec différents restaurants). Chambre simple, efficace, et équipée d'un petit frigo. Hôte très sympathique (ne parle qu'italien et anglais) mais avec google traduction on s'est bien compris. Petit bémol, chambre mal insonorisée, car on entends tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs. Pour le petit déjeuner, on a un ticket, et on se rends dans un bar , on a le droit à une viennoiserie et une boisson chaude ou froide. Je recommande cet hôtel pour séjourner à Naples.

Disappointing
Beautifully decorated clean as a whistle but that it. No smoke detectors anywhere, no window in my room, the walls are paper this so you an here other rooms very easily, no chance of a lay in staff strt at 8 and are not considerate to the guests who might be sleeping.. i had to ring the owner whn i got to the door as no answer, he was else where arrived within qbout 10 minutes, why not email and say ring when you arrive. Breakfast was off site no map just a card with the cafe name on, google found it, 1 coffee pastry per day. Was tasty but not even continental if you dont value your sleep on a very firm bed and the blocks in my room which looked like a window but wall paper an tolerate staff guests then stay. If not dont. Over in reception let loads of light in all night.

Ubicación ideal
La ubicación es genial si lo que quieres es estar cerca del centro de la ciudad. La atención fue muy buena. La habitación es muy bonita, tiene todo lo necesario, en buen estado. La cama es un poco dura, pero del resto, está bastante bien.

Muito bom B&B, mas sem breakfast.
O quarto tem dimensões excelentes, mas, apesar da sobra de espaços, não há um balcão ou suporte para se colocar as malas encima. O box deixa vazar muita água junto à parede, formando uma poça sob a pia. No armário, que é bom, só havia 3 cabides, o que é absolutamente insuficiente. E este é mais um Bed & Breakfast que, na prática, não tem o breakfast, pois para se ter esse serviço é necessário andar mais de 100 metros em subida para chegar em um botequim bem simples e com poucos itens disponíveis, e isso sob chuva é absolutamente impraticável. Seria mais honesto informar que não há breakfast. Mas apesar de todas essas críticas, que espero sejam construtivas, eu indico a hospedagem, pelo conforto do quarto em si.
