The room itself was really nice and spacious but the shower was tedious as the drainage was not working properly and you could only leave the water running for a minute and then wait for the water to drain in order to not completely flood the bath. I still would highly recommend the hotel as the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room itself was great!

Urlaub in Napoli
Der Aufenthalt war soweit so gut was mir nit gefallen hat, dass wenn man ein Zimmer mit Frühstück bucht und die ganze Woche hören muss das es nur ein kleines Frühstück gibt wegen verschiedene Gründen (Caffe und Gipfel und nichts anders) dann muss mann es bri der Buchung erwähnen!!!

Super Lage & geräumige Suite
Auch abends sichere Umgebung in Neapel und das trotz relativer Nähe zum Hafen (Fähren nach Ischia, Capri etc.). Shopping & Sightseeing, sowie viele nette Cafes und Restaurants um die Ecke. Suite für 4 Personen war sehr geräumig mit zwei kleinen Balkons und großem Badezimmer. A/C funktionstüchtig und effizient. Die kleineren Zimmer scheinen aufgrund der Lage - wenn überhaupt nur ein kleines Fenster auf einen dunklen Innenhof zu haben (siehe vorherige Bewertungen). Sollte man vielleicht bei der Buchung im Hinterkopf haben. Frühstück: italienischer Standard.

設備は値段なり。 部屋は広めで、3人でしたが、160サイズのスーツケース2つを広げることができました。 その代わり、ソファベッドのせいで、クローゼットの扉が半分も開きませんでしたが、あまり使わなかったので、まあよし。 壁が薄く、バスルームで隣の部屋の音がよく聞こえたり、廊下の喋り声がよく聞こえました。 窓は防音で、外の音はほとんど聞こえませんでした。 このお値段で朝食もついているし、十分じゃないでしょうか。

The listing on Expedia mentioned “Parking available” - there is none. We wasted an hour trying to find the one indicated by the reception, but our GPS brought us to a tunnel quite far from the hotel. We gave up and found parking near the hotel but it wasn’t cheap!

gentile cliente, ci dispiace che la colazione non è stata di tuo gradimento. Questo ci fa capire , e ci consola, che tutto il resto è andato bene. Ci sembra eccessivo il punteggio che ci vede penalizzati solo dalla quantità della colazione.Un caro saluto

What we liked: The hotel is situated in Via Chiaia, a few steps from the Palazzo Reale and the San Carlo Theatre as well as Piazza del Plebiscito and Mergellina (the seawalk). This is a prime location, from here you can go anywhere, its right there by the quartieri spagnoli (spanish quarters) as well (if you are a soccer fan this is a great spot to visit). The staff is super friendly and the room was cleaned daily. What we didn't like: The room was extremely small with barely any space too move. There was no air circulation and no fan, this made the space extremely stuffy, we had to have the balcony constantly opened. The air conditioning unit was broken and unfortunately they knew this and still put us in the room, we complained ahout it and they told us they'd move us to a room with it's own AC the next day (most of the room had centralized AC and it was set on heating) this however didn't happen because the next day they told us unfortunately they were full. The bed was made up of 2 twin beds put together which honestly is typically around here, unfortunately one side was super hard and the other was okay. At night we had to sleep with the balcony doors opened because of the heat and as a result all the noises from the outside came in. Also, while they cleaned the room daily they never changed the towals in the bathroom even when we put them on the floor for them to replace. Overall, this is a good spot when considering quality, location and price.

Don’t be fooled by the photos
The location is good and very central and rooms were serviced ever day which is good. The photos of the room are so deceiving. The rooms are tiny. The air con barely worked and did not cool down even though it was so hot outside! The shower was awful and looked broken and unfinished. Water would go everywhere and flood the bathroom. Had to use the small handheld shower hose which pointed in the awkward position and wa so low that again the water went everywhere. The building to get to your room looked like it was an abandoned building, not inviting at all.

Staff Amigable en todo momento. La Habitacion con cama comoda y buen AC que mantenia la habitacion fria (habia sensacion termica de 38 grados al llegar). Acceso al Hotel un poco caotico dada la zona donde se encuentra la cual era muy ruidosa y sucia.

Siamo arrivati e non c’era nessuno in reception! Abbiamo dovuto telefonare e ci hanno assegnato una stanza a caso perché avevano già una tessera magnetica pronta che abbiamo recuperato noi dal banco. La mattina dopo siamo stati svegliati da una donna inglese che urlava cercando qualcuno per fare il check out ma anche la mattina non era presente nessuno alla reception! Colazione scarsissima (solo fette biscottate confezionate e croissant).

C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons. L’hôtel est très bien situé. En plein centre de Naples. Près de la mer, du métro, du funiculaire et des boutiques. L’équipe est accueillante. Il y a 3 chambres par étage. Deux chambres ont une fenêtre qui donne sur un puit de lumière et une chambre donne sur la rue. Cette année nous avons pris la suite junior en croyant que nous allions avoir une vrai fenêtre mais non. Tjrs aussi étouffant pour nous. Malgré que c’est calme du au puit de lumière et il y a les nuisances sonores de la réception ou des autres chambres. Niveau nettoyage, cela n’est pas top. Le lit est propre mais niveau salle de bain je donnerai 5/10. Je crois que l’aspirateur n’existe pas ?!

Minha estadia foi ótima, fomos muito bem atendidos por todos e o café foi bem gostozinho!! A localização é excelente, caminhamos bastante e nos divertimos muito com os restaurantes e pizzarias no entorno com música ao vivo à noite!Sugiro pegar o HOP ON HOP OFF, para conhecerem lugares lindos! Quero muito voltar a Napole, e vou voltar para o mesmo hotel! Não tem luxo, mas eu super recomendo!

中央駅からは少し離れているのでタクシーを利用。キアイア通りに面したホテルの出入り口が小さいので最初は見逃してしまった。小さなホテルで部屋も決して広くないが、小さいけれどリフトも有り、小奇麗で、トイレ／シャワー設備も必要十分かと思う。朝食も不満は感じなかった。近所に著名なカフェやレストランも多数有り、夜も賑やかで雰囲気は良かった。ナポリは初訪問で、他の地域との比較が出来ないが、海岸にも近く、リーズナブルなホテルだと思う。

La posizione dell’hotel è in una delle vie più belle e centrali di Napoli, perfetta per raggiungere a piedi i punti principali della città. La metropolitana è a non più di 300m cosi come il Molo Beverello da cui partono gli aliscafi per le isole. La sera è una zona sempre molto viva,tra ristoranti, bar, pizzerie, friggitorie e gelaterie. In 5 minuti sei sul lungomare per raggiungere i vari locali presenti. Le camere sono divise tra il Blocco principale con la portineria ed un blocco secondario in un edificio separato a pochi metri di distanza. Camere di buone dimensioni con un arredamento molto minimal e impersonale ma complessivamente adeguato per un tre stelle. Il Personale di questo hotel è veramente eccezionale. Tutti molto disponibili anche a dare consigli e dritte. Ogni nostra richiesta è sempre stata esaudita. Unica nota negativa è stata per noi la colazione. Poca scelta e scarsa qualità nella proposta. Da una città come Napoli, data l’offerta gastronomica della città, ci saremmo aspettati una maggiore attenzione a questo dettaglio, con prodotti tipici e locali, non preconfezionati.

Overbooking in Hotel?? PAZZESCO!!!! Mai visto!
Prenotate 3 stanze in totale ma quella singola da 80€ a notte (e dall'Hotel confermata via mail) non era invece disponibile al momento dell'arrivo per un'inverosimile scusa (una persona gravemente malata che non riusciva a lasciare la stanza, ma dai!) e la persona è stata inviata in un B&B vicino ma penoso, piccolissimo, poco pulito, senza telefono in camera e zero campo x il cellulare, nessun contatto di riferimento, un B&B da non più di 30€ a notte (regalate); x il "disguido"è stato fatto uno sconto totale di 20€ x notte, ridicolo! Le altre stanze erano piccole, poco pulite, frigobar poco funzionante e porte della doccia in parte rotte e con acqua che usciva fuori. Colazione misera: cornetti surgelati, qualche fettina di salumi, un paio di torte da latte, zero pasticceria napoletana; bevande preparate (ma non servite al tavolo, bisognava prendersele da soli) solo su nostra ordinazione, il responsabile non fa alcun accenno di servizio, men che meno di sorriso; tazza del latte riempita poco più della metà (il latte costa!). Rumori e grida sguaiate provenienti la sera dalla stessa reception...protestare per tutte queste cose? Non avrebbe avuto senso, per 2 giorni e per l'ultimo soggiorno in questo "hotel". Lati positivi: la connessione (veloce), la cordialità del ragazzo in reception (gentile e visibilmente imbarazzato per il grave errore della stanza data a qualcun altro, forse non per sua colpa); la zona (centrale e comoda). Giudizio finale: assolutamente da evitare
