Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Das Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Das Jakuzzi lädt zur Entspannung ein. Die Sauna hab ich nicht genutzt.

Very nice hotel but breakfast should be improved
Very nice hotel, however breakfast was very bad in terms of quality and options. Area and lake is very beautiful, a good place to chill before continouing the tour.

Nice location at the like
I had a good one night stay at the RV Rotorua Lake Resort. Unfortunate I didn’t feel so good that day so I could not explore to much the surroundings. The location of the Hotel is very nice just beside the lake. I didn’t use the restaurant.

Klasse Hotel mit gutem Service
In diesem Hotel lässt es sich aushalten! Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer - in Rotatua sollte man aber nachts wegen des Schwefelgeruchs die Fenster geschlossen halten!

Tolle Lage an einem See
wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstücksbüffet hat genügend Auswahl wie z.Bsp. frische Obst, Müsli, versch. Säfte sowie div. warme Sachen. Die Lage ist ein bisschen abgelegen doch ist es dadurch ausgesprochen ruhig und es richt nicht nach Schwefel, was in dieser Region nicht unüblich ist.

Hübsches ruhiges Hotel am See
Wir waren 2 Nächte zu zweit hier. Die Anlage ist großzügig bemessen und etwas weiter weg von Geschäften und Lokalen. Blick auf See und grosse Wiese gefallen sehr. Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch gestaltet und gut von der Größe bemessen. Nachbarn waren nicht zu hören. Das Essen Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht ganz optimal. Außerdem war der Anstrich etwas betagt und es ist wohl auch ein Ansteuerungspunkt für Gruppenreisen. Uns hat der Aufenthalt aufgrund von Lage und Ausstattung aber sehr gefallen.

Overall value for money was ok. We would stay there again. It was clean but the bathroom was old and tired and needed a deep surface clean/scrub. I'm not sure it really meets its 4 star rating. The taps in the bathroom and the shower did not have hot and cold identifiers on the them. The plug didn't have a centre piece for pulling it out of the plug hole. We had to hunt through every cupboard to find things. Nothing was labelled - and there were no instructions about where things were. The bed, carpet and curtains were fresh and new looking. The bed was very comfortable and temperature control easy with the heat pump. The wine glasses were not matching ( a small detail I know - but its not what you would expect in a 4 star rated hotel). TV was excellent and had a good range of channels, Wifi was excellent and there was ample extra lighting and charger/usb plugs. Check in and out was easy. Staff were pleasant enough. The grounds look a bit tired but coming in to winter that isn't surprising.

Great location, right on the lake. We had a ground floor room with direct access to the lake and a small patio area to sit and relax. Large, clean, comfortable room with seperate bedroom and lounge area. Nice breakfast but didnt try the restaurant in the evening.

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. No laundry bags in the bedroom, no soap by the bath. Soap was attached in the shower. No milk in the fridge for tea and coffee. Had to ask for extra glasses. Quiet setting and peaceful by the lake. Not bad overall

Hotel and room are dated. Shower stall is very small with no removable shower head despite the spacious bathroom. Not too clean as evidenced by the stains on bedsheet, ceiling and shower tile gouge etc. Jacuzzi with no water! About 20 minutes drive to town center where the eateries are. The road close to hotel is very dark with no street lights. Hence driving late at night was not too comfortable. Deluxe breakfast buffet. Great Lake view. Quiet and relaxing! Not too far from Te Puia.

Facility is a little dated and could do with a bit of a facelift, but the staff were friendly and helpful, my room was in a good condition, and I spent a much needed restful night there with room service offered when the front desk lady realised how tired I was upon arrival.

Stunning lake location but that makes for no alternative amenities. Excellent rooms but the pool was freezing even in summer. Good range of gym equipment but some of it needs minor repairs.
