„Wow! What a space! The drive up is rather intense and I wonder if maybe there should be a warning when booking like other spaces have? Otherwise it was almost otherworldly when we arrived in the thick fog and woke in the morning to wonderful scenery. Definitely recommend “

„Wunderschön gelegenes B&B mit super herzlichem Empfang durch den Gastgeber. Durch seine jahrelange Hotelerie-Erfahrung fühlt man sich im Ribbonwood Country House sofort wie zu Hause. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Auf Wunsch bekamen wir das Frühstück bereits um 6 Uhr morgens.“

„We had an incredible stay, such a lovely house and beautiful serene and beautiful alpine mountain environment to be in. Enjoyed every moment of our trip. We tried the finnish sauna in the village and enjoyed ourselves so much. Highly recommend!“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay surrounded by blooming manuka and blissful quiet. The cabin was ideal. Two cautions: nearby hikes are on private property and incur hefty fees for each visit, and extra fees for linen are charged per person and seemed on the high side.“

„Our stay at the Beeches was absolutely wonderful. Everything we needed was there, there was a lovely fireplace which kept the house toasty on the entirety of our stay, completely covered the upstairs bedrooms with warmth as well. Lovely balcony’s on both sides of the house where you can enjoy a coffee and a book. There was a very kind neighbour who helped us with some car issues we were having. „We and our friends greatly enjoyed staying in this comfortable, well-equipped chalet with lovely alpine bush views in an area we had never been to before. Beds were comfortable and the woodburner kept us warm. Enjoyed birds serenading us by day and star-watching while soaking in spa at night. Loved exploring the alpine environment.“

"Big and comfortable rooms, lot of twa and coffe and milk; big bathroom and big shower, large and comfortable beds. Breakfast lot of choices. Excellent restaurant on the premises "5 stacks": 400g flintstone steak is so good, we had it on second evening again!! Also ribs and salmon are very good. For craft beer lovers the smal jug is 3 pints which is aremonnede choice!!"
