My recent stay at Montreal Sense was notably disappointing due to extremely poor service. The room was spacious and the bathroom was average, but these were the only commendable aspects of the hotel.
Service was severely lacking; during our four-day visit, we did not receive any room service despite multiple promises from the reception staff that it would be addressed. This led to us having to manage basic tasks ourselves, including taking out the trash and retrieving fresh towels and water bottles—responsibilities typically handled by hotel staff.
Upon checkout, we were told that the management would be informed and that we would be compensated for the inconvenience. However, we never received any follow-up communication. This lack of professionalism and follow-through was highly disappointing.
