During the weekend we hosted one of the largest French Language Literary Festivals in Montreal. With all upgradable rooms and suites booked for the event, we regret not having an inventory large enough to accommodate every request. We also regret the mistranslation which incurs in fault. Although we remember facts in a completely different way, I do remember distinctly having sent our Head Housekeeper to immediately take care of your, not once, twice, after we personally spoke , and making a particular effort to ensure your room was given all priorities.
