The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Boris in particular was fantastic and helped us out after a particularly difficult travel day. The hotel is on the corner of two very busy streets so light sleepers should ask for rooms away from the noise but it did not affect our experience.

The hotel was new and modern. It provided a nice sitting area, art gallery and gym. It is also located by 10 min to Saint Laurent where most of the nice restaurants are and 20 min walk to downtown. The hotel is clean and spacious. One little glitch is we saw a little mice running into the bar kitchen so that is why I rated 4/5 instead of 5/5. But overall, we had a very nice stay and the hotel staff are lovely.

Property needs some major upgrades. Paint chipping all over the places. Scuffs on walls and floors. General cleanliness was not up to par. Desk staff was friendly but valets were extremely unfriendly and seemed as if they hated their jobs. Would not recommend. I don’t have any idea why this place has such high rating on Expedia.

We booked this because we didn't want to stay in a chain hotel. There was construction outside but inside is very chic, and well maintained. When checking in we were given a room upgrade so our kids got their 'own room', which worked out perfectly for us. The gym is very well maintained, and terrace was great to get outside for a drink and fresh air. The bar is nice, but the bartender was young, and struggled with our drinks. There is an amazing coffee shop-Origine in the building and I would highly recommend going there for a great latte. It is within walking distance of great shopping on St. Laurent and St. Denis, and we walked to PDC at night and felt very safe. The staff was very warm and friendly.

Love the location. We love to walk in Mtl and once we parked our car using the easy valet parking we never used it again until it was time to come home. Nice big room. Quiet space. Cleaning staff was great!

Need better service at reception area, as a VIP member of expedia I nicely asked if we could get a room upgrade, the answer was in a very rude way "YOU ARE GETTING FREE PARKING, WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT" I dont think that was the appropriate was to answer, I was not asking for any favors... The hotel is ok, well located, the room so so, toilet water handle was broken, reception area is quite small to host large events, It was hard to even walk inside the hotel due to the amount of people attending an event over the weekend.

During the weekend we hosted one of the largest French Language Literary Festivals in Montreal. With all upgradable rooms and suites booked for the event, we regret not having an inventory large enough to accommodate every request. We also regret the mistranslation which incurs in fault. For those reasons, please accept our apologies. You are a valued customer, and given the opportunity, we will certainly display our hospitality.

The stay was horrible. I am not sure how it is considered a VIP property when the room was disgusting and dirty. There was dry urine in the bathroom lid and hairs in the bedding. It seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned prior to check in. I would definitely not stay here again. The only highlight is the location of the hotel.

Although we remember facts in a completely different way, I do remember distinctly having sent our Head Housekeeper to immediately take care of your, not once, twice, after we personally spoke , and making a particular effort to ensure your room was given all priorities. I am particularly proud of the my teams immediate response. Where we can agree however, is that our hotel has an incredible location, and we are delighted you enjoyed that.

Staff was friendly and responsive. Room was clean and as described. Unable to take advantage of the parking garage due to our car's roof rack. Luckily, we were able to find a public parking garage within close proximity. May be helpful to list parking limitations for potential visitors if not already listed.

There is no parking and unless you have been there before you would not know how to pull up and unload for your stay. You have to use valet parking because there is no where to park.

It is necessary to make clear that we do have parking facilities, 3 full levels, underground, secured 24 hours, with free EV charging stations, and inclusive of valet services, for your convenience and safety. A rarity and privilege for downtown Montreal. There is a clearly indicated 15 minutes off loading area, and marked valet desk at the main door. Our Front Desk Staff guides you to the valet desk once you participate interest in parking and receive your parking QR Code ticket. It was a pleasure serving you.

It's a beautiful hotel, clean and vibrant. The Art Gallery and its art deco look really bring out a nice atmosphere in the hotel. The rooms are clean, bright and modern and the staff is absolutely fantastic. Walking distance to St. Catharine and other beautiful streets with great restaurants. Very central yet not extremely hectic.
