Wir hatten ein Zimmer im alten Teil des Hotels: Für den Preis von 100 Euro war das Zimmer einfach zu unterdurchschnittlich. Es war für afrikanisch Verhältnisse nicht schlecht, aber für die Leistung zu teuer. Allerdings gibt es in Monrovia keine Alternativen, die nicht wesentlich teurer sind.

Thanks for the review. We have television in every room maybe for some reason you don't want to watch movie. When a gray screen popped up on the screen meaning the channel is not active at that moment, all you needed was to switch to the next channel. You has a sign '' DON'T DISBTURB' at the door when you checked in. For sure no one will ever enter the room upon seeing such a sign until you can call for room service which of course you didn't do.

Bed sheets had stains. Walked in my room to water on the floor from the mini fridge. They said they couldn’t give me a different room because someone else just checked out and it would take to long to clean. Check out time was way to early, which is 10:00 AM. by 9:30am someone was already knocking on my door asking when i was leaving. You only get one towel no wash clothes so had to go buy my own, no soaps in the bathroom to wash your body as well. I wasn’t offered no Wi-Fi, very unpleasant stay. Which i could get my money back but that’s a dream within itself.

I really liked the communication skills of the receptionists. I didn't like the fact that I wasn't given a key that I could keep. I didn't like the fact that the shower wasn't working.

Issues like these are pretty uncertain, but we are extremely sorry about that. Our guests are to leave their keys at the reception whenever they are going out of the hotel. Overall, no complains. If you are looking for a reasonably-priced stay in the city, this might be your choice. It's definitely nothing fancy and needs some proper makeover. Pasta bolognese for breakfast is a unique thing I never came across before but the fresh fruits were really tasty. All staff were nice and forthcoming! Pool is great and the water very clean.

Arrived to find there was no water in the room. There was no kettle but there was tea and coffee. The phone did not work. The "premium" channels consisted of Premier League and three news channels. All not goid enough for the price asked. The AC was good and the room clean though. The location is conveinient.

While we welcome reviews as opportunities to improve our services, this is totally unacceptable. Never have we had any report of drugs in our 15 years of existence as we are even careful those accept as guests. The facility is well protected with rigid security. This review is extremely reproachable! I hereby request evidences, be it photos or video, of drugs in my facility.

Don't Stay there
Don't stay there. The hotel is horrible and has completely run down. It a waste of money. The space is not clean and they don't have any good service. Also, they refused to give us internet that it was not working but we later found out they had internet. Nothing works here, nothing. I will never recommend this hotel, not even for one night stay.
