Sehr sympathisch
Die ganze Familie fühlte sich sehr wohl. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und kümmerte sich um alles sehr schnell. Der Spaziergang ans Meer dauerte bloss 15 Minuten und der "Haus-Strand" war sehr gemütlich. Auch Moneglia eine richtig herzige italienische Stadt. Mir gefielen die Bettdecken nicht so. Im Sommer genügen bestimmt die dünnen Decken aber im Oktober mussten wir die Wolldecken brauchen und die sind nicht so mein Ding. Ansonsten total zum weiterempfehlen!

Sauberes und echt schönes Haus!
Waren 5 Tage dort, der Pool wurde nach 2 Tagen gereinigt, war also immer super sauber, kein Blatt drin zu finden😉 Haus auch wirklich sauber und vorallem kühl weil die Sonne nicht direkt reinschreint. Gibt 2 Bäder und 2 Schlafzimmer. Es ist etwas hellhörig aber wer zu Hause nicht grade auf dem Land wohnt sollte das wirklich null stören, man hört halt ab und zu leise die Autos von der Straße, welche aber super wenig befahren ist. Alles im allem nur zu empfehlen!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The price/value is great. The shown pictures doesn’t do the property right, it’s way better. Three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, full kitchen and great garden with pool. We will be back!

Lovely apartment with private pool
The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped and mostly private. Not sure if the apartment above is a rental but the people were extremely noisy. Check in was a bit of an issue as the sat nav said we had arrived and we were still about a mile away. Luckily we texted the manager and he came and found us. The pool was beautiful and the manager came most days to clean it and sweep the garden. I would certainly recommend staying here. Oh, and the view was exceptional. Thank you

Leuk vakantuehuis met geweldig zwembad in een super stadje
Leuk vakantuehuis: Propere keuken waar alles aanwezig is. Wifi aanwezig Propere badkamers. Wat verouderde kasten, bedden. Soms wat luide buren in de nacht. geweldig zwembad Fijne ligstoelen Leuk terras Moneglia is een super stadje met niet te veel toeristen, alles aanwezig wat nodig is. Veel restaurantjes Winkeltjes Focaccerias 😋

Relax
Una casa accogliente servita di tutto il necessario, unica pecca la mancanza di finestre, ma si può ovviare il problema. La casa nonostante il caldo rimane sempre fresca, raramente abbiamo acceso l’aria condizionata. La piscina è molto carina, della giusta misura affiancata da un gazebo dove si può mangiare all’aperto godendosi la vista del mare. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e il mare in pochi minuti. Moneglia ha due spiagge la prima chiusa dagli scogli dove l’acqua rimane bassa, a fianco un altra a mare aperto. Gentilissimi Flavia e Andrea sempre disponibili. Bellissimo soggiorno! Grazie

Séjour en famille pour l’ascension. Maison propre et toute équipée. Andrea est très gentil et conseillé sans problème. Maison sur les hauteurs donc prévoir de marcher un peu si on ne veut pas utiliser la voiture mais faisable sans souci. Très bon séjour

Annonce mensongère
Le titre de l'annonce est : "maison de vacances avec piscine privée". En réalité, nous avons été logés dans un appartement situé dans le sous sol de la maison. Il n'y a aucune fenêtre qui donne sur l'extérieur dans les chambres. Ce n'est pas possible car dans cet appartement on est sous le niveau du sol. On est sous le niveau du sol, c'est à dire sous le niveau de la route qui passe juste à côté. C'est donc très sombre. Les seules fenêtres sont celles de l'entrée (une allée descend du portail de l'entrée sous le niveau du sol). Depuis l'intérieur de cet appartement il n'y a aucune vue sur la mer. Dans la recherche nous avions sélectionné "maison" comme critère de recherche. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un appartement en sous sol d'une maison. L'annonce parle de deux cuisines mais il y en a une seule.

Una vacanza al mare o in piscina privata
Siamo ospiti di questo immobile da oramai quattro anni, ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene. Il fatto che la casa ha una piscina privata è davvero una cosa favolosa per chi come noi cerca la tranquillità e riservatezza. Una casa con tre camere da letto e tre bagni, un grande e spazioso soggiorno, wifi presente e doppi ingressi. Il propietario il Sig. Paoli, è una persona sempre disponibile, gentile e cordiale. Consiglierei questo immobile sicuramente.

Er virkelig dejligt sted. Stor pool. Flot udsigt og Moneglia er en hyggelig by. Det var lidt svært at finde stedet fordi adressen blev korrigeret af ejer.

maison très agreable
La maison est très agréable, 3 chambres avec salle de bain chacune, très appréciable. Très bien arrangée, très propre, calme et proche de tout. Tout y est pour un séjour entre amis. Petit bémol maison très humide si l’on ne met pas la ventilation qui est très bruyante la nuit. La wifi ne marche pas, cela nous a ennuyé. Je recommande cette location très bien située.

Great appartment, with al imaginable facilities
Reading previous evaluations i was a bit hecitant for our holiday in this appartment. But we enjoyed our week more than enough! The three bedrooms were spacious and neat. The bathrooms are great (yes the shower cabin is a bit small but this did not bother me) when two people are showering the waterpower decreases a little…but again that did not prevent me from having a good time. The outside are, two sitting areas and the pool are great! The house is well maintained and during the week the pool is cleaned. Something that can be improved is the contact, the two contacts do not speak English which made it difficult finding the residence, checking in etcetera. Renting to non-Italians is common so I would recommend improving the communication. That is my only point of critique, the rest was great and would recommend this residence and renter to everyone!.

Abbiamo trascorso recentemente una piacevole settimana qui a moneglia in questa bella proprietà I grandi spazi esterni ombreggiati da ulivi e vegetazione lussureggiante per riposarvi dopo assolate giornate al mare valgono la vacanza. Interni ampi e ben attrezzati completano il quadro per una vacanza riuscita

Une semaine idyllique
La location correspond bien au descriptif. Les équipements sont complets, hormis peut-être un grille pain. Les extérieurs sont très agréables, notamment grâce à la piscine et aux chaises longues à disposition. Il est également agréable de manger à l'extérieur au bord de la piscine, dommage que le barbecue était indisponible pendant cette semaine. Le village de Moneglia où est situé la maison est bien agréable avec toutes les commodités et de nombreux restaurants sympathiques. De plus la situation de la villa nos permet d'accéder facilement aux nombreux sites touristiques: les cinque terre par le train, Portofino, Camogli et la grande métropole de Gênes. Je recommande fortement cette location et y reviendrais certainement. Merci enfin à la disponibilité d'Andrea !!!
