Business Hotel in Bagattelle
Ich hatte Zimmer 116. Es roch dort muffig, machte insgesamt einen feuchten Eindruck. Offensichtlich hatte man mit Chlor versucht, das Gröbste zu überdecken. War einfach unangenehm. Außerdem ist das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Die Türen dämmen keinen Schall vom Flur. Im Erdgeschoss musste ich die Gardinen ständig geschlossen halten, da man sonst von draußen hätte reinschauen können.

Rooms are optimized, practical
I got a 20m2 room with view to the shopping mall. The room itself was very clean and all furniture was arranged practical. Internet is reasonable, Working space good. Shower spacious. Airconditioning sufficient (better leave it on all day) Laundry service not available, may be on request? A small restaurant is available, but barely used (did not matter since the shopping mall had enough choices - Foodcourt, restaurants) Breakfast simple, but ok

The hotel is dirty and full of insects and bugs in the room. The hotel staffs are not cooperative nor helpful. I complained about the ants and bugs situation since day 1 and asked for partial refund of remaining nights because I did not want to stay there anymore and the staffs are really good at avoiding refund. They make up so many excuses to stop me to see a manager. 2 more nights until check out, I desperately asked for refund again and they said the refund manager is on vacation for 3 months so they could not do anything. Don’t ever stay here! Also they love to add small charges to the room and don’t tell you until the last day when you check out.

I was able to walk right out of the hotel and into a large mall that had plenty of places to shop and eat. I enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. There was something for everyone. Staff were very helpful.

Nalida Front desk staff quite rude. Checked in at 7 pm. She said room was not ready. So waited. Room tv was not working Reported it to nalida. She said she is going to send someone to fix it,. But they nevercame.

Not the usual standard
Normally a great all round experience however the advertised satellite tv DID NOT EXIST!! In fact at no point during the 5 nights could I watch TV, this is problematic on a business trip as its nice to unwind in your room and have entertainment! We also paid for conference facilities & felt extremely rushed in the facility the evening of our meeting!

Simply avoid
Extremely dirty hotel with poor operational and customer service. Front desk manager and senior management just ignored any issues or concerns raised. Only writing on here to see if there is any real response or just a token gesture.

Good business stay!
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the location is convenient with a big mall next to the hotel. My recommendation is to have a better atmosphere and smell when entering the facility. The kitchen seems to be close to the reception and the smell of fried food is not good. Overall, the hotel is good. I recommend it for business!
