Sehr schöne, neuwertige Zimmer und Bäder, sehr gute Betten. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die hervorragende Essensqualität, die unserer Erfahrung nach einem 5-Sterne-Hotel entspricht. Auch die Getränkepreise waren während unseres Aufenthaltes eher als günstig zu bezeichnen. Der Gartenbereich mit Pool war während unseres Aufenthaltes (April 2024) fast verwaist. Wir hatten freie Auswahl und verbrachten angenehme Stunden auf einem der beiden Sunbeds. Leider war stundenweise in diesem Bereich ein sehr unangnehmer Güllegeruch wahrnehmbar. Woher dieser Geruch kam, konnten wir nicht ausfindig machen, und da wir nur 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht haben, hatte es für uns keine Priorität. Das Hotel liegt nur einige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, zu anderen Lokalitäten oder zu Geschäften muss man schon 15 bis 25 Minuten laufen. Ursprünglich hatten wir nur 2 Übernachten/HP gebucht und haben dann - nicht über das Hotel sondern ein Buchungsportal - um eine weitere Nacht verlängert. Für diese eine Nacht mussten wir leider in einer anderes Zimmer ziehen, weil wir eine günstigere Zimmerkategorie gebucht hatten. Das fanden wir von Seiten des Hotels unflexibel, zumal das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war und wir keine frische Bettwäsche bzw. Handtücher und auch kein Room-Cleaning benötigt hätten.

Mit Hund: no Alegria
Wir (Paar ü50 mit kleinem Hund) hatten ein palacio Zimmer. Das Zimmer war hübsch und vor allem geräumig. Allerdings lag es direkt über der Terrasse der Bar, auf welcher bis Mitternacht Betrieb herrscht, inklusive laute Musik. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, was wir jedoch bereits am ersten Tag bereuten: der Speisesaal hat keine Atmosphäre (ähnlich einer Kantine), das Essen (Buffet) war OK, aber nicht besonders. Mit dem Hund darf man nicht in den Speisesaal, was wir akzeptieren. Wir haben deshalb gefragt, ob wir auf der Terrasse essen dürfen, damit wir den Hund dabei haben können. Das war aber auch nicht möglich, da man kein Essen aus dem Speisesaal rausnehmen darf. Das Personal konnte uns keine Option anbieten, das Essen in irgend einem Bereich des Hotels im Beisein unseres Hundes einzunehmen. Wir mussten also den Hund alleine im Zimmer einsperren, was wir sehr ungern machen. Das Hotel wirbt damit, dass Haustiere willkommen sind (deshalb haben wir es ausgewählt), aber diese fehlende Flexibilität hat uns enttäuscht. Wir sind schon häufig mit Hund gereist und waren in zahlreichen Hotels, und immer wurde uns eine Möglichkeit geboten, das Essen mit dem Hund in der Bar oder auf der Terrasse zu verbringen.

Ok, aber die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt
Ok, aber die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Frühstück wird im Untergeschoss eingenommen, ich hätte aber lieber draussen auf der Terrasse frühstücken wollen. Parkplätze vor dem Hotel waren immer belegt, wur mussten dann auf der Strasse, außerhalb der Hotelanlage parkieren. Erst am letzten Tag sahen wir, dass es anscheinend ein Parking gegeben hätte? Auch der Service, gegenüber „AI-Kunden“ mit Armbändchen sehr freundlich, uns gegenüber aber grad so das nötigste. Insgesamt haben wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt und werden zukünftig wieder in unserem „Stammhotel“ buchen.

Lautes Hotel mit Meerblick
Von einem schönen Blick auf das Mittelmeer abgesehen, kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Nach dem Motto außen Hui, innen Pfui, werden die belange der Gäste nicht ernst genommen und in allen Fällen strikt ignoriert. Die Frage z.B. warum ( angeblich ein 4 Sterne Hotel ) im TV keine deutschen oder Sender anderer Länder verfügbar seien, wurde damit beantwortet, dass es technisch nicht möglich sei !! Auffällig ist, dass sich sehr viele Gäste mit Lust zu ausgiebigem Feiern im Hotel aufhielten. Wegen der extrem hellhörigen Bauweise folgten einige schlaflose Nächte. Immerhin, das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Meerblick wie versprochen.

The lobby furniture was in a very poor condition with significant rips and tears In sine seat cushions and arms. A diffuser filled the air with an overpowering scent and the grounds needed work. The buffets had a good variety of food but it was middle of the road at best. Not particularly hot or tasty, merely adequate. The staff were pleasant but did but go out of their way to be extra helpful or welcoming. We were quite disappointed, given the reviews we had read and upon which we based our selection of hotels.

Hotel tranquilo para disfrutar unos dias de descanso maravillosos El complejo es comodo, no hay aglomeraciones de ningun tipo (fuimos en agosto). Habia tumbonas de sobra, en el comedor siempre habia muchas mesas disponibles, habitaciones amplias, sitio para aparcar al lado del hotel… le damos un 9 Solo una apreciacion y es que las almohadas olian mucho a humedad-sudor y aunque nos las cambiaron siempre habia un minimo de olor. Buffet un poco flojo en calidad, no en variedad. Si no hibiera sido por este detalle, todo de 10.

Ten enjoyable days
Excellent and charming staff.A little understaffed at the weekend. Very enjoyable stay, very clean , food was good and reasonably priced. Comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom.

Un hôtel bien placé à proximité de la plage. Une chambre grande et contemporaine seule l’isolation phonique avec le couloir devrait être améliorée…vous entendez ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Un super petit déjeuner complet vous attend le matin.

Beautiful hotel..great sea views ..lots of comfy seating and all comforys in the room.good wifi. Food in the restaurant was buffet dinner and breakfast..good selection and all fresh.

This hotel are now having cycle tours staying. They are so noisy when in the restaurant and when collecting their bikes and returning. They are loud and slam doors early and late, also wear cycling shoes to pace up and down hotel bedroom, they have no respect for other guests... Would not return to this hotel for this reason.
